HyreDay is looking for an SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team focused on driving organic growth and online visibility.
In this remote-friendly role, you’ll collaborate with US-based partners and internal strategy leads to develop and execute SEO campaigns that boost search rankings, website traffic, and engagement across multiple platforms. You’ll implement scalable optimization strategies—leveraging keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and performance analytics—to maximize discoverability while maintaining brand consistency and efficiency.
This position is part of HyreDay’s creative strategy efforts and plays a key role in helping clients elevate their online presence and ROI through effective search engine optimization.

What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution across technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and reporting.
- Translate client goals (traffic growth, ROAS, LTV, revenue mix) into clear SEO roadmaps and testing plans.
- Run site audits to resolve crawl, indexation, and technical SEO issues.
- Build and manage keyword portfolios aligned to goals and seasonality.
- Partner with Pod Lead and Web/Dev to align technical SEO with site experience.
- Collaborate with content and design to produce high-performing, search-optimized assets.
- Monitor performance in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Stay current with algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Required skills and profile
- 3 to 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in ecommerce or performance-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, link strategy, and content optimization.
- Fluent with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to adjust strategy based on data.
- Clear English communication and comfort joining client conversations as needed.
- Bonus: CRO familiarity, Shopify SEO experience, and schema/structured data expertise.
Desirable but not required
- Experience with ecommerce platforms beyond Shopify and a strong testing mindset.
- Experience scaling SEO programs for multi-client portfolios.
- Familiarity with content optimization strategies and advanced analytics.
