You will manage a portfolio of ecommerce clients, leading the design, launch, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. The role involves turning client KPIs (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV) into actionable strategies and testing roadmaps, driving creative experimentation and audience segmentation to scale profitable results.

Responsibilities

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will:
  • Own paid media strategy and execution for a portfolio of ecommerce clients across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Translate client KPIs (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV) into actionable strategies, testing roadmaps, and budget recommendations.
  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns, including creative testing, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and budget pacing.
  • Analyze campaign performance, produce regular reports, and highlight trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on platform updates, features, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop and test new ad concepts, formats, and UGC-driven assets.
  • Identify scaling opportunities and drive efficiency improvements across accounts.

Requirements

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Paid Media Specialist with a proven track record in ecommerce growth. You should bring 3–6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms, with deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. You must possess strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and have a demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth at scale. Comfort with attribution and measurement tools is essential, and familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4, and Looker Studio is highly preferred. Excellent written and spoken English is required for client-facing communications. Bonus points for experience in creative strategy, UGC/creator campaigns, and multi-channel attribution approaches.

Desirable
