About This Role:

 

Rowan's Piercing Studio Nurse, reporting to the Studio Manager, is dedicated to providing a safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experience. As a Rowan Nurse you will leverage your highly respected nursing skills and expertise to perform piercings with the utmost care and precision. Nurses are our skin-saving, infection-fighting, and customer-calming superheroes – essential skills that make Rowan’s signature clinical ear piercing services a true delight. Your role is all about building trust and excitement, turning each piercing into a fun and memorable milestone!

 

What you’ll do:

Customer Service:
  • Create magical and memorable customer experiences by combining top-notch clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
  • Ensure customer's safety and comfort and smooth flow of customer care.
  • Provide confident, clear, and professional communication with clients throughout their entire piercing experience.
  • Create a comforting atmosphere for customers, easing their concerns to ensure a relaxed and confident piercing experience.
  • Educate customers on aftercare, promoting Rowan's After Care to support healing and ensure their well-being.
  • Conduct a thorough ear evaluation to find the perfect earring placement and offer personalized styling advice.
  • Actively monitor the customer experience, quickly addressing and resolving any issues to maintain Rowan's clinical piercing standards.
  • Maintain a sterile and aseptic environment at the nurse station and on the procedure tray, ensuring all surfaces, instruments, and supplies are clean and properly sanitized to prevent contamination and promote customer safety.
  • Use your expert knowledge of skin care and infection control and prevention to provide professional and personalized piercing services. 


Studio Support:
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly and foster a joyful, celebratory atmosphere.
  • Flexibility to fill shifts as needed.
  • May mentor and train new nurses to uphold Rowan's Clinical Piercing Standards, including shadowing piercing services and observing customer interactions.
  • Stay attentive to anything that could impact the customer experience, and quickly report any issues to management while collaborating to resolve them.


Inventory and Supplies:
  • Ensure all piercing stations, including the nurse cart, mayo stand, and nurse nook, are always stocked with the necessary supplies and ready for any customer needs.
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of our services by sterilizing jewelry and needle piercing instruments.


Studio Operations:
  • Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines closely to ensure a sanitary and safe piercing experience.


Sales:
  • Ensure high-quality performance to support key studio metrics, including revenue growth, efficiency in piercing services (e.g., piercings per hour), increasing average order value, and boosting sales.
  • Educate customers on Rowan After Care, and the benefits of bringing home an extra pair of hypoallergenic, non-piercing jewelry to promote healing.


Reporting and Communication:
  • Quickly address and escalate operational concerns, ensuring clear communication with management and team members to implement solutions efficiently.


What you bring to the table:
  • Required Certifications: Active RN or LPN/LVN License.
  • Professional and engaging customer care approach.

  • Skilled in providing both technical and non-technical information to customers and community members.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. The Role

What You’ll Do
  • Exceed the expectations of our government partners by cultivating strong, trusting relationships and maintaining high situational awareness at the agency level
  • Proactively detect risks and work collaboratively with the delivery team and program stakeholders to effectively resolve them (issues can span delivery, process, culture, expectation setting, staffing, contract milestones, finances)
  • Engage our clients on a continuing basis to ensure their needs are met or exceeded, understand their vision, collaboratively solve issues, and communicate our progress transparently
  • Maintain awareness of the broader project landscape and potential for new opportunities and risks and grow your program  accordingly with surge contract line item numbers (CLINs), option years, and negotiations with subcontractors
  • Collaborate across projects and across the organization to proactively anticipate and solve problems across delivery

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Manager, Deal Desk & Order Management to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success in structuring, executing, and operationalizing commercial deals. Sitting within Finance, this role is the connective tissue between revenue growth and commercial discipline — balancing speed and flexibility with sound financial judgment.

Our Product Security Squad is a dynamic blend of proactive defenders and inquisitive problem-solvers. We're dedicated to fortifying our systems through rigorous security reviews, hands-on penetration testing, and proactive threat modelling. The role

We’re hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team and help shape the next generation of Fullscript’s AI-powered experiences. You’ll work on building innovative AI capabilities that help clinicians provide better services and help patients improve their health.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can go beyond implementation. In addition to building high-quality systems, you’ll help define technical direction, guide architecture decisions, and identify where AI can create meaningful value in clinical workflows. What you'll do

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of production, multi-turn LLM-powered features, including summarization tools and clinician-facing conversational agents that support follow-up questions and reasoning over clinical context
  • Own backend services in Python that integrate LLM agents with Fullscript’s platform and support reliable production use
  • Help define technical direction for prompting, grounding, safety, and orchestration strategies used across clinical AI workflows

What you bring to the table

  • 6+ years of experience building and implementing machine learning applications in production, including meaningful experience with LLM-powered agents, conversational experiences, or agent-based workflows
  • A track record of owning complex technical problems end to end and shaping implementation beyond your immediate code contributions
  • Experience designing and deploying AI systems that answer open-ended questions, support follow-up interactions, and operate reliably in production
  • Strong experience with LLM application frameworks and tooling, such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration and RAG frameworks
  • Familiarity with evaluation and monitoring frameworks for LLM outputs, conversational quality, and system reliability
  • Knowledge of MCP, agent orchestration patterns, or related approaches for building multi-step AI systems

Our Solution Expert team plays a key role in supporting strategic customers in RUN phase, by acting as trusted advisors on complex use cases. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, they analyze advanced client needs, challenge existing setups, and translate requirements into scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform.

 

You will manage a portfolio of customers throughout their lifecycle to drive product adoption and deliver tailored solutions beyond standard product capabilities.

 

These large and strategic accounts have already deployed the platform and have a strong level of autonomy. They rely on your technical and functional expertise to lead complex integrations (APIs, flat files, third-party tools), redesign platform architecture, run solution audits, and provide high-level recommendations to maximize business impact and long-term value.

Within 3 months, you will:
  • Own your portfolio of 10 enterprise clients & leading up to 30 active projects simultaneously

The Skill Set
