Python Kubernetes Rust CI/CD
This role centers on designing, automating, and optimizing deployment infrastructure for AI-driven workflows. You will build robust CI/CD pipelines and implement AI-powered automation tools (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, etc.) to maximize engineering efficiency. The goal is to create systems that enable a lean technical team to operate at significantly higher output than traditional staffing models would require. You will own the full infrastructure lifecycle: architecture, deployments, and stability. This includes Kubernetes orchestration, managed database services (AWS RDS), and high-performance tooling in Python and Rust. Basic React knowledge is needed to understand frontend integration points. Success is measured by operational leverage: your automation should allow 1-2 engineers to deliver what typically requires 3-5. This demands deep expertise in infrastructure as code, proactive optimization, and practical application of generative AI tools to DevOps workflows.

This company only accepts applications on Get on Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines that scale with workload demands
  • Implement and lead adoption of AI-powered development workflows to accelerate delivery

We’re on a mission to make SMS the number-one revenue channel for ecommerce merchants by delivering an easy-to-use platform where they can grow their subscriber list, develop and test their messaging strategy, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales and loyalty—all in one place. We believe SMS is the most important marketing and sales channel of the decade, and that vision drives everything we do. Postscript was founded in 2018 as a 100% remote organization. With more than 250 employees (and counting!), we’re backed by Greylock, Y Combinator, and other top investors. We are building a new kind of team at the intersection of GTM, Data, and AI Tools. We believe AI offers a massive opportunity to revolutionize the GTM function, empowering builders to architect intelligent systems that drive revenue. We are looking for a GTM Automation Engineer who is technically "scrappy," deeply understands the Sales/Marketing engine, and is eager to use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit) to build custom solutions that fit our unique business needs. You'll be partnering with GTM leadership to infuse critical context into the systems and working with operations to layer AI into the entire process. You will be the technical architect behind our AI-driven GTM motion, building agents that research prospects, workflows that automate customer touchpoints, and internal apps that give our sales team superpowers. This position is fully remote. Who You Are A "Scrappy" Builder: You don't need a Jira ticket or a 3-month roadmap. You see a problem, you choose the best tool (Code vs. No-Code), and you ship a solution today. GTM Fluent: You speak the language of revenue. You know what an MQL is, you understand the pain of a messy Salesforce instance, and you know exactly why sales reps hate entering data. AI-Native: You’ve realized that tools like Claude Code and Replit have given you superpowers. You aren't afraid to write Python or SQL because you know how to leverage AI to get 80% of the way there instantly. Product & UX Instinct: You know that internal tools often fail because they are hard to use. You care about the interface and the workflow, ensuring that your solutions are intuitive enough for a busy sales rep to adopt without a training manual. High Ownership: You thrive in ambiguity. You don't just build what is asked; you proactively identify bottlenecks in our funnel and destroy them with automation. What You’ll Do Systematize the GTM Motion: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to map out their workflows, identifying high-leverage opportunities to replace manual grunt work with automated precision. Build "Hybrid" Automations: Design and maintain workflows that seamlessly blend low-code tools (Zapier, n8n, Retool) with custom scripts (Python, SQL) where flexibility is needed. Manager Product Development
  • C1

manager design saas security

C1 is the first AI-native identity security platform that protects every identity: human, non-human, and AI. With powerful automation, platform-level AI, and out-of-the-box connectors, it centralizes access visibility, enforces fine-grained controls, enables just-in-time access, and automates user access reviews across all apps. It’s easy to use, quick to deploy, and trusted by enterprises like DigitalOcean, Instacart, Ramp, and Zscaler.

As a Manager, Product Development at C1, you’ll lead small, high-ownership engineering teams that build and ship the features driving our product forward. You’ll be accountable for execution, quality, and delivery — guiding teams from concept through production to create experiences that delight customers and advance the business. You’ll hire and develop exceptional engineers, foster a culture of autonomy and accountability, and ensure that your teams have the clarity, focus, and support needed to move fast and ship with confidence. Above all, you’ll be responsible for building the people, processes, and rhythm that make great product development happen.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage small, high-ownership engineering teams responsible for building and shipping product features that delight customers.

  • Drive execution from concept to production, ensuring teams deliver high-quality, impactful features on schedule.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to define clear goals, balance trade-offs, and deliver seamless user experiences.

  • Empower engineers to take end-to-end ownership of their services — from design through operation — fostering a culture of accountability, autonomy, and craftsmanship.

  • Own hiring and team-building efforts to scale C1’s product development organization for long-term success.

  • Shape the structure and composition of teams as the organization grows, ensuring clear ownership boundaries and effective collaboration.

  • Establish lightweight, effective processes that enable fast iteration while maintaining product quality and reliability.

  • Mentor engineers and tech leads, supporting their growth as technical leaders and product thinkers.

You would be an excellent candidate if…

  • You have proven experience managing product-focused engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.

  • You have a track record of building, scaling, and retaining high-performing engineering teams.

  • You excel at identifying and developing talent, and you take pride in building strong, cohesive team cultures.

  • You have a history of delivering complex, high-impact features to production.

  • You’re deeply customer-oriented and excel at translating product vision into clear, achievable engineering outcomes.

  • You balance speed and quality, knowing when to move quickly and when to invest in maintainability.

  • You have strong technical instincts and can make sound decisions without needing to be hands-on in the code.

  • You thrive in a collaborative, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly and impact is tangible.

Extra Credit if…

  • You’ve led teams building SaaS or security-focused products.

  • You have experience improving developer experience or delivery velocity through process and tooling improvements.

  • You’ve scaled teams or systems while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • You’ve successfully built or reorganized teams to improve clarity, throughput, or alignment.

  • You have experience balancing technical debt and feature delivery to sustain long-term product health.

  • You’ve mentored emerging leaders or helped teams mature from execution-focused to product-driven.
