DevRev
At DevRev, weâre building the future of work with Computer â your AI teammate.
Computer is not just another tool. Itâs built on the belief that the future of work should be about genuine human connection and collaboration â not piling on more apps.
Computer is the best kind of teammate: it amplifies your strengths, takes repetition and frustration out of your day, and gives you more time and energy to do your best work.
How?
Easy: itâs the only platform capable ofâ¦
Complete data unification
Most AI products focus on either structured data (like CRM records and support tickets), or unstructured data (like documents and emails). Computer AirSync connects everything, unifying all your data sources (like Google Workspace, Jira, Notion) into one AI-ready source of truth: Computer Memory.
Powerful search, reasoning, and action
Once connected to all your tools and apps, Computer is embedded in your full business context. It can find and summarize, sure. Even more impressive: it offers employees insights, strategic and proactive suggestions, plus powerful agentic actions.
Extensions for your teams and customers
Computer doesnât make you choose between new software and old. Its AI-native platform lets you extend existing tools with sophisticated apps and agents. So your teams â and your customers â can take action, seamlessly. These agents work alongside you: updating workflows, coordinating across teams, and syncing back to your systems.
This isnât just software. Computer brings people back together, breaking down silos and ushering in the future of teamwork, through human-AI collaboration. Stop managing software. Stop wasting time. Start solving bigger problems, building better products, and making your customers happier.
We call this Team Intelligence. Itâs why DevRev exists.
Trusted by global companies across multiple industries, DevRev is backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield, with $150M+ raised. We are 650+ people, across eight global offices.

The Company Youâll Join
At Rebuy, weâre on a mission to revolutionize shopping with intelligent, personalized experiences that wow customers around the globe. As a fully remote team, we power some of the fastest-growing DTC brands like Aviator Nation, Liquid Death, Magic Spoon, Blenders, Laird Superfoods, Primal Kitchen, and many more.
We believe in ownership, drive, and empathy, and strongly uphold that every team member plays a vital role in shaping the future of intelligent commerce. Our culture thrives on collaboration, creativity, and genuine passion. We donât just build great tech - we build lasting partnerships, a strong community, and a place where people love to work.
The Problems Youâll Solve
Rebuy and its team members continually strive to create a high-spirited, intentional work environment that stresses performance, productivity, collaboration, and merit.
As a Sr. Software Engineer, Back-End, youâll own some of the most consequential systems at Rebuy. Your primary anchor is our billing and payments infrastructure â the engine that determines how merchants are charged, how partners get paid, and how financial balances flow across our entire product suite. This is genuinely complex financial engineering. It requires deep PHP and Go expertise, careful architecture, and judgment that no automated tool can replicate. Merchant billing runs daily, touches real revenue, and demands someone who understands both the technical and business dimensions of every decision.
Alongside billing, youâll grow into a broader platform portfolio â the partner portal, data ETL pipelines, customer-facing APIs, and reporting infrastructure that power the business. And in the near term, youâll play a critical role in a significant technical migration: moving our legacy Code Igniter 2 codebase to Code Igniter 4, including work tied to increasing our enterprise market share. This migration requires hands-on PHP expertise and cannot be deferred.
You wonât be handed a sprawling list of things you must do on day one. Youâll be trusted to grow into this role â and rewarded when you do.
Billing & Payments Architecture: Design and build Rebuyâs centralized billing system that handles merchant billing, partner payments, and customer-facing charges. Architect the integration layer that allows payment balances to be applied across Rebuyâs full suite of services. Tackle genuinely complex financial engineering challenges with PHP and Go at scale.
Build Robust APIs: Design and implement secure, well-structured APIs in PHP and Go to power billing events, payment processing, and financial data flows across our platform and Shopify integrations.
Legacy Modernization: Lead and contribute to the migration of our Code Igniter 2 codebase to Code Igniter 4. This is high-priority, near-term work with real business dependencies â including enterprise partnership commitments â and requires a PHP engineer with the experience and judgment to do it right.
Agentify the Platform: Partner with product and engineering to identify where AI agents can automate workflows, surface insights, and guide merchants through our product. Build the backend systems â APIs, data pipelines, and event hooks â that enable intelligent automation. This is genuinely new territory and one of the most exciting growth vectors for Rebuyâs product.
Platform Breadth: Our team owns more than billing and payments â we also support a partner portal, data ETL pipelines, customer-facing reporting APIs, and the infrastructure that makes data flow reliably across the business. You wonât be responsible for all of it on day one, but youâll have genuine opportunities to grow into the areas that most interest you. Engineers here donât get siloed; they get context.
Engineering Best Practices: Contribute significantly to the engineering culture at Rebuy by establishing, documenting, and promoting best practices. Lead initiatives to introduce and standardize frameworks and tools that increase development efficiency and maintainability.
Security & Compliance: Stay current with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices as they apply to billing and payment systems. Champion security-first engineering across authentication, authorization, data encryption, and compliance considerations in everything you build.
PHP Technical Leadership: Serve as a key technical anchor for PHP across the engineering organization. Rebuyâs codebase has significant PHP depth and relatively few engineers with that expertise. Youâll lead code reviews, share knowledge actively, and help raise the PHP competency of the broader team.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure code, setup, and configurations meet expected results. Ensure that all features meet high standards of quality and performance before deployment.
Team Collaboration: Engage actively in building a strong team culture. Work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Manager, and peers across billing, payments, partner tools, and data infrastructure to define requirements, estimate effort, and drive solutions forward. This is a team where your voice matters â you wonât just be handed tickets. Assist the Support team in triaging and resolving high-priority production issues.
Technologies We Use:
AI: Anthropic Enterprise Claude Code / Co-work, Cursor, Adhoc AI tools budget.
Frontend Technologies: React, TypeScript, GraphQL, VueJS, Angular
Backend technologies: PHP, GO, MySQL, BigTable, Elasticsearch
Other Tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Google Suite, Slack, One Password, Notion
Who You Are
Weâre stoked to meet you and get to learn more about you, your experience and your interest in joining our team.
The Hard Skills:
Experience building or maintaining billing, payments, or financial systems â including working with payment processors, subscription engines, invoicing pipelines, or similar financial infrastructure in a production SaaS environment.
Educational background in CS // Engineering or a similar area.
5+ years of hands-on experience building backend applications with PHP and Go, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-traffic systems.
Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable RESTful APIs in PHP and Go, with a deep understanding of API design patterns, versioning, and performance optimization.
Experience with cloud-based technologies, preferably GCP.
Strong understanding of a performant SaaS environment.
Experience in a Scrum/Agile environment.
Experience with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Bitbucket.
Solid understanding of security fundamentals as they apply to backend and financial systems â including secure coding practices, authentication/authorization patterns, data encryption, and awareness of current vulnerability trends (e.g. OWASP Top 10)
The Soft Skills:
A collaborative mindset and work approach with the ability to lead projects and mentor others.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy and responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills, especially being able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Genuinely curious about the intersection of engineering and business. You care about the downstream impact of what you build â not just that the code works, but that it moves the company forward.

Healthcare is in crisis and the people behind the results deserve better. With more and more data coming from wearables, lab tests, and patientâdoctor interactions, weâre entering an era where data is abundant.
Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices. Our mission is simple but ambitious: use health data to unlock unprecedented insight into human health and disease.
If you're passionate about how technology can supercharge healthcare, youâll fit right in.
Backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels, weâre working to solve one of the biggest challenges of our time: making healthcare personalized, proactive, and affordable. Weâre already connecting millions and scaling fast.
Short on time? TL;DR
You: Can define what should be measured, how it should be modeled, and how those insights should shape product and company decisions.
Ownership: Youâll own Junctionâs highest-leverage statistical, modeling, and evaluation work across diagnostics, clinical workflows, and AI-enabled product development.
Scope: This is not a pure IC modeling role and not a reporting role. Youâll set the methodology, research roadmap, and decision framework for how Junction uses data to drive product, clinical, and business outcomes.
Salary: $180,000 â $220,000 + equity
Location: Fully remote (EST timezone only)
Why we need you
Junction sits in the flow of high-value diagnostics and clinical data. As the company grows, our advantage moves beyond just having data to having the ability to turn it into reliable intelligence improving product decisions, customer outcomes, and the performance of the business.
Some of that work exists today, but it is not yet owned as a coherent function. Models get built. Analyses get done. Experiments answer local questions. But we need someone who can define the broader scientific and analytical system: what we should measure, what methods we trust, where modeling creates real leverage, and how that work translates into products and decisions that hold up outside a demo.
Weâre hiring our first Data Scientist to take ownership of, and establish that standard.
This role will lead Junctionâs most important modeling, experimentation, and evaluation work. Youâll partner closely with data, product engineering and leadership teams to drive the analytical roadmap by which Junction can leverage differentiated value from data.
What youâll be doing day to day
Own the research and modeling work underlying Junctionâs highest-priority data science opportunities across diagnostics, clinical workflows, and AI-enabled product features
Define rigorous frameworks for measurement, experimentation, and causal evaluation so we can distinguish signal from noise and make decisions we can defend
Lead development of predictive models, segmentation approaches, risk or routing logic, and other statistical systems that directly inform product and business strategy
Build the analytical foundation behind customer-facing features â from model development through to validation and performance tracking
Partner with engineering and data engineering to ensure models and analytical systems can be put in production, are reliable, and useful in real workflows
Establish how Junction evaluates data-driven and AI-enabled features, including methodology, quality thresholds, monitoring, and performance review
Communicate complex technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including tradeoffs, limitations, and implications for action
Requirements
Strong track record of leading high-stakes analytical work that influenced product, operational, or business decisions
Deep foundation in statistical inference, experimental design, observational analysis, and model evaluation
Strong Python and/or R skills, with experience working on large, messy real-world datasets
Experience building predictive or decision-support models in production or near-production environments
Experience partnering closely with engineering to move work from analysis or prototype into deployed systems
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels: defining the roadmap while also getting into the details when needed
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain methods, findings, and tradeoffs to executives as well as technical peers
Comfort operating in a startup environment with ambiguity, limited structure, and high ownership
Nice to have
Experience designing, executing, and publishing research studies
Experience with HIPAA, PHI, or other regulatory clinical frameworks
Deep familiarity with modern data tooling and production workflows across warehouses, orchestration, and transformation layers
Experience developing, deploying, and designing evaluation frameworks for LLM or AI-powered features in customer-facing products
Expertise directly working with healthcare, diagnostics, lab data, wearable data, and other clinical data
Experience applying causal inference methods, such as diff-in-diff, propensity scoring, or instrumental variables in practice
What this role isnât
Not an analytics role focused on dashboards, reporting, or one-off analysis
Not an ML platform role â you wonât own infrastructure or tooling
Not a good fit if you mainly want to experiment with models or AI ideas without being accountable for how they perform in production
Not a good fit if you struggle with ambiguity. Knowing what to work on is part of the job
How you'll be compensated
Salary: $180,000 â $220,000 + equity
Your salary is dependent on your location and experience level
Generous early stage options (extended exercise post 2 years employment)
Regular in-person offsites, last were in Tenerife and Miami
Monthly learning budget of $300 for personal development and productivity
Flexible, remote-first working - including $1K for home office equipment

Amigo partners with healthcare organizations to deploy robust AI infrastructure that directly serves patients and providers. Our agents handle clinical workflows and patient engagement across the entire journey: pre-visit intake, care navigation, post-visit care plans, patient monitoring, and more.
We're fresh off our Series A backed by Tier 1 investors like Madrona, General Catalyst, and Optum Ventures. Our work is validated with leading academic medical institutions. Our agents have reached 3M+ patient encounters and are on track to 10x this year.
The Applied AI Engineer role at Amigo is a launchpad. You'll ship production AI agents end-to-end â writing the code, shaping product decisions, and sitting with customers as they deploy â and in doing so, you'll build the exact skill set that opens doors to the next chapter of your career at Amigo.
This role is designed to help you grow into other parts of the company. Applied AI Engineers move into one of four paths within 6â12 months:
Applied AI: stay in the org; go deeper on agent architecture, verification frameworks, and the hardest customer problems; become a technical leader on the applied team
Product Management: if you gravitate toward roadmap, discovery, and shaping what we build next
Sales Engineering: if you thrive in pre-sales, technical storytelling, and closing enterprise deals
Software Engineering: if you want to go deeper on platform, infrastructure, and core systems
You won't have to guess which fits. This role will actively help you explore each path, give you projects that stretch in those directions, and sponsor the internal transition when you're ready. People who want to stay on the applied side long-term can do that too â but this role is explicitly built so you don't have to.
Implement context graphs that enable agents to select the right reasoning mode (lookup, pattern recognition, exploration) based on problem complexity
Build and optimize agent configurations, including static personas, dynamic behaviors, and functional memory systems

Annual learning budget for courses, books, or conferences
Conference attendance budget for professional development
Annual team offsite
Academic collaboration opportunities
Unlimited PTO
Patients Win, We Win
If patients aren't getting better care, we haven't earned the right to scale. Every internal decision gets pressure-tested: does this make patients' lives better? If we can't draw the line, we question why we're doing it.
High Standards, High Care
We hold a high bar for the team because patients are counting on us to get this right. But high standards only work with genuine investment in each other. You can take risks, admit mistakes, and challenge ideasânot despite our standards, but because of them.
Thoughtful Urgency
We move fast by default, but speed without judgment is recklessness. The discipline is knowing which decisions are reversible vs. not. In healthcare AI, the companies that win will be fast everywhere they can be and careful everywhere they must be. We build the muscle to do both.
Intensely Measured
We instrument patient outcomes, provider ROI, system performance, and clinical accuracy. But data without action is surveillance. Every metric should have an owner, a threshold, and a response plan. If we're measuring something but never acting on it, we stop measuring it.
Low ego: Politics and territory don't interest you. The best ideas win, regardless of who has them.
Direct: You say the hard thing, challenge ideas openly, and commit fully once decided.
High agency: You thrive on trust rather than instruction. When you see something is broken, you fix it. You donât file tickets and wait for someone else.
Bar of excellence: You hold yourself to a bar most people wouldn't, and you want teammates who do the same.
Skeptical: You push back on rules that donât make sense and question assumptions that havenât earned their place.

In this role, you will:
Own and drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end across any function. Scope deliverables, set milestones, manage dependencies across teams, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and quality standards.
Structure ambiguous problems into clear analyses and action plans. You're the person who builds the model, frames the trade-offs, and delivers a recommendation.
Help design and run the company's operating cadences â reporting cycles, planning processes, review rhythms. Identify where process is missing or breaking and stand up lightweight systems before problems compound.
Act as the connective tissue between the CEO, functional leads, and execution teams, ensuring outcomes are measurable and repeatable.
Maintain shared sources of truth â partner with functional owners to investigate discrepancies, validate data definitions, and build playbooks and institutional documentation that reduce key-person risk.
In your first 6 months, you will:
Own 2â3 cross-functional initiatives from scoping through delivery
Build or improve at least one recurring operational cadence (planning cycle, metrics reporting, or review process) that the team adopts and relies on
Deliver an analysis that directly informs a major strategic decision
Earn trust as the person leadership turns to when something important needs to get done well and fast
Key outcomes you'll be measured on:
Execution velocity and quality â initiatives move to completion on time, with analytically rigorous outputs that leadership acts on without heavy rework
Operational scalability â the cadences, documentation, and systems you build help the company reach alignment faster
5â7+ years in business operations, finance, or management consulting, with at 2 years in a cross-functional ops or chief-of-staff-type role at a high-growth company preferred
Experience in a hyper-growth environment â you've operated where structure was being built, not inherited.
Analytically rigorous â you are a first-principles thinker, you build models, trackers, and analyses from scratch, not just operate within existing frameworks. Advanced spreadsheets minimum; SQL or BI tools a plus
Effective cross-functional operator â you will be doing the work and driving execution across teams you don't directly control, without creating friction.
Strong communicator â you translate complex analysis into clear, exec-ready outputs, written and verbal
Nice to haves:
MBA or equivalent analytical training
Experience with CRM/RevOps systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Exposure to media, advertising, or newsletter business models
AI/automation proficiency for workflow optimization
Spot problems worth solving and start on them without waiting for direction
Drive decisions forward instead of adding meetings and status updates
Are energized by shipping, not just advising
Move fluidly across functional areas and enjoy the variety
Do your best work in lean environments and enjoy building systems from scratch
Have operated somewhere you owned the output, not just the recommendation

Pivotal Health is the leading technology platform that helps healthcare providers get paid fairly in an increasingly complex reimbursement landscape.
Today, many providers face persistent underpayment from health insurance companies, despite delivering high-quality care. While processes like IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) were designed to promote fairness, theyâre often administrative-heavy, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate without the right tools.
Pivotal Health combines software, data, and service into a seamlessly integrated, AI-driven platform that simplifies these complex reimbursement workflows. We help providers efficiently dispute underpaid claims, reduce administrative burden, and recover the reimbursement theyâre entitled to; without adding more work to already stretched teams.
Our full-service IDR solution is just the starting point. Weâre building solutions that enable providers to operate with clarity, control, and confidence across the reimbursement journey.
We're hiring a Data Engineer to sit at the intersection of our analytics and engineering teams. You'll be responsible for making Pivotal's product data accessible, reliable, and ready for analysis, connecting data sources to our warehouse, building clean transformation pipelines, and ensuring our analysts have what they need to drive business decisions.
This is not a traditional software engineering role and it's not a pure analyst role either. You'll bring a strong technical foundation and apply it in service of business outcomes: faster reporting, better data access, and more reliable pipelines that the team can actually trust.
If you enjoy building the infrastructure that makes great analysis possible and care about the business impact of your work, this role is for you.
Own the pipeline from product database to analytics warehouse: Take full ownership of extracting data from our PostgreSQL product database and loading it into BigQuery. Design and maintain the ETL processes that make this happen reliably, with the right structure for downstream analytics use.
Bring in new data sources: Expand our analytics footprint by integrating new data sources, including third-party tools like Salesforce, into our warehouse. You'll partner with our DevOps team to establish the right service accounts, permissions, and connection patterns to do this securely and correctly.
Build and maintain analytics-ready tables: Use dbt to design, build, and manage the transformation layer that turns raw data into clean, well-structured tables. You'll have real ownership over what the data looks like: what gets modeled, how it's shaped, and what makes it most useful for reporting.
Support reporting and business insights: Work alongside our analysts to support the reporting layer, ensuring data is fresh, accurate, and structured in a way that makes building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase reliable and efficient.
Be the bridge between analytics and engineering: Attend engineering team meetings to stay ahead of product changes that could affect analytics. Serve as the connective tissue between both teams, translating data needs into technical solutions and keeping everyone aligned.
Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in modern cloud data warehouses: BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
Proficient with dbt for managing SQL transformations. You understand how to write clean, maintainable, well-documented models
Comfortable with Python at a working level, enough to build and automate data workflows without needing to be a full software engineer
Experience with at least one BI or reporting tool (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar)
You think in business outcomes: your resume reflects the impact your work had, not just the tools you used
Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity: you can identify what needs to be done and execute without heavy guidance
Collaborative by nature: you know how to work across teams with different levels of technical depth
Startup or high-growth company experience: you're used to environments where ownership is real and speed matters
Hands-on experience with BigQuery specifically
Experience connecting BI tools to a cloud warehouse (e.g., Power BI to BigQuery)
Experience with Salesforce data or CRM integrations
Background in FinTech, HealthTech, or other data-rich industries
Weâre a collaborative, low-ego team on a mission to make healthcare reimbursement fairer for providers. Weâre hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help build new products at Pivotal from the ground up.
This role sits on the AI/ML Engineering team. Youâll work on new product surfaces that combine software, data, workflow design, and AI to solve high-value customer problems. The role is full stack, but intentionally backend-leaning. Weâre looking for someone who is comfortable owning product behavior end to end while being especially strong in APIs, backend systems, data flows, and the logic that makes great products actually work.
This is a high-ambiguity, high-velocity role. You will not be handed perfectly scoped tickets or asked to maintain a mature product in a narrow lane. Youâll help shape what we build, how we build it, and how quickly we can turn ideas into valuable product experiences. The upside is massive impact: the products you work on can materially change how the company operates and how customers experience Pivotal.
We also want someone who is AI-first in how they work. Part of this teamâs job is building AI-powered products, but part of it is also helping the company get dramatically better at using AI. We want a product engineer who is personally fluent with AI tools and can use them to move faster, think better, and build stronger products.
Build new product experiences from 0 to 1 across backend services, APIs, integrations, and frontend workflows.
Design and implement backend systems that power product logic, orchestration, data access, and AI-enabled workflows.
Contribute to frontend product development in React-based applications, especially where product quality depends on tight frontend-backend iteration.
Work closely with product, design, operations, and AI/ML partners to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped product.
Prototype quickly, then harden what works into maintainable product systems.
Build internal and customer-facing workflows that use AI, structured data, and software automation to increase leverage.
Help define product requirements through direct technical judgment, not just implementation after decisions are made.
Improve product quality through instrumentation, testing, thoughtful system design, and strong engineering hygiene.
Use AI actively in your own workflow for coding, debugging, investigation, product exploration, and iteration.
Raise the teamâs velocity by bringing AI-native working habits, practical engineering judgment, and strong product instincts.
In the first 6 to 12 months, strong outcomes in this role would include:
shipping meaningful new product capabilities quickly
taking ownership of backend-heavy product surfaces with minimal oversight
helping turn vague opportunities into real shipped workflows
improving product quality and speed through strong engineering execution
contributing to a team culture that is highly effective at using AI to build and learn faster
becoming a trusted technical partner to product, design, and operations in a fast-moving environment
You are a strong product-minded software engineer who likes building things that users feel directly.
You are full stack, but your center of gravity is backend systems and product logic.
You are comfortable moving quickly in ambiguous environments and can make good decisions without waiting for perfect clarity.
You have a high ownership mindset and like driving work from rough idea to production.
You care about product quality, not just technical elegance.
You are an AI power user yourself. You actively use AI in your day-to-day work and have strong judgment about how it can accelerate engineering and product development.
You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional partners.
You want to be in an environment where a great engineer can have outsized impact very quickly.
strong backend experience in Python, FastAPI, or similar service-oriented systems
experience building product backends, APIs, integrations, and data-heavy application logic
experience contributing meaningfully to modern React-based frontend applications
experience with TypeScript, React Router or Remix-style frameworks, and product UI development
experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, or other relational data systems
experience with GCP or similar cloud environments
experience building AI-powered products, internal tools, workflow software, or operational software
experience in fast-moving startup environments where engineers help define the product, not just implement it
experience in healthcare, fintech, logistics, or other operationally complex domains
Youâll work on new products, not just incremental maintenance.
The problems are meaningful, messy, and important. They sit close to real customer and business pain.
Youâll have real room to shape direction. This is a role for someone who wants to help create, not just execute.
The team sits at the intersection of AI, product, data, and operations, which creates unusual leverage for strong engineers.
The pace is fast, the ambiguity is real, and the impact can be massive.
Youâll be able to use both sides of your skill set: deep backend engineering and pragmatic full stack product development.
Our current environment includes technologies like:
Python and FastAPI on the backend
PostgreSQL and relational data models
React-based web applications with modern routing and TypeScript
GCP-hosted services and internal APIs
AI and workflow systems that combine application logic, structured data, and model-backed experiences
You do not need to match this stack perfectly, but you should be comfortable learning quickly and shipping in this kind of environment.

About OpenRouter
OpenRouter is the open AI routing and infrastructure layer that enterprises use to access, manage, and optimize the best large language models across providersâwithout lock-in, capacity constraints, or unnecessary cost. We power some of the most advanced AI teams in the world by giving them the flexibility to move fast, scale confidently, and stay future-proof as models evolve.
As enterprise adoption of AI accelerates, OpenRouter sits at the center of how organizations operationalize LLMs across research, product, and production workloads.
The Role
Weâre looking for a Developer Relations Lead to become the trusted voice of developer education for OpenRouter. You will be the person developers think of when they think about learning how to integrate with OpenRouter and how to design, evaluate, and operate multi-model AI systems in production.
You are a developer first. You understand AI infrastructure deeply, youâve built with LLMs, and youâre fluent in the tradeoffs developers face when choosing models, architectures, and tooling. You will build and scale OpenRouterâs developer education presence across YouTube, Twitter/X, Discord, Reddit, and other community channelsâhelping developers make better architectural decisions and use OpenRouter effectively.
This is a hands-on, founding DevRel role. In year one, you will be the primary creator and community presence, with the opportunity to shape how the function scales over time.
This role is not about selling. It is about education, community trust, and establishing OpenRouter as the default learning resource for AI builders.
What Youâll Do
Developer Education: Define and execute OpenRouterâs developer education strategy across YouTube, Twitter/X, Discord, Reddit, and other community channels.
Technical Content: Create high-quality tutorials, videos, guides, code examples, and reference architectures focused on real production use cases.
Community Engagement: Be deeply present in developer communities and OpenRouterâs Discordâanswering questions, spotting patterns, and building trust.
Developer Advocacy: Synthesize developer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
Thought Leadership: Represent OpenRouter publicly through talks, writing, and community discussions on AI architecture and multi-model systems.
Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Support to ensure educational content is accurate, discoverable, and aligned (without owning support SLAs or launches).
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
OpenRouter is consistently referenced as a canonical resource for multi-model AI architecture and model selection.
A small number of high-quality tutorials, repos, or videos become default entry points for new developers.
Developer questions in community channels are increasingly answered by peers, not just staff.
Clear, actionable developer insights regularly inform product decisions and roadmap prioritization.
What Weâre Looking For
5+ years of experience in developer relations, developer education, or a closely related technical role.
Experience at a developer tools company, infrastructure platform, or API-first product.
Proven track record creating technical educational content that drives real developer adoption.
Deep hands-on understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, APIs, and modern developer workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex systems clearly.
Comfort with public speaking and representing a company in technical forums and events.
Self-directed and entrepreneurial; able to define problems, identify leverage, and execute independently.
Comfortable being publicly visible and camera-ready as a representative of OpenRouter.
Nice to Have
Experience building or scaling developer communities.
Background running workshops, hackathons, or structured education programs.
Familiarity with OpenRouter or public writing/speaking on multi-model AI approaches.
Experience with video production, streaming, or multimedia technical content
Why OpenRouter
Work at the center of the AI infrastructure stack as enterprises define how they adopt LLMs.
High ownership and autonomy to define how developer education and community scale.
Opportunity to shape a foundational function at a fast-growing company.
Fully remote team with a culture of autonomy and trust.
Competitive compensation, including base salary and equity.
Data is at the core of modern business, yet many teams struggle with its overwhelming volume and complexity. At Atlan, weâre changing that. As the worldâs first active metadata platform, we help organisations transform data chaos into clarity and seamless collaboration.
From Fortune 500 leaders to hyper-growth startups, from automotive innovators redefining mobility to healthcare organisations saving lives, and from Wall Street powerhouses to Silicon Valley trailblazers â we empower ambitious teams across industries to unlock the full potential of their data.
Recognised as leaders by Gartner and Forrester and backed by Insight Partners, Atlan is at the forefront of reimagining how humans and data work together. Joining us means becoming part of a movement to shape a future where data drives extraordinary outcomes.
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Engineering & Product organization. This isn't a traditional "pull the data for this dashboard" role. You will be a strategic partner to our engineering and product leaders, acting as the "eyes and ears" of our roadmap. You will find the signals in the noise, anticipate bottlenecks before they happen, and define the metrics that guide our journey into an AI-first world.
The future of BI and analytics is shifting from "static dashboards" to "agentic insights." At Atlan, we believe that metadata is the fuel for this transition. As a Senior Product Analyst, you aren't just measuring what happened yesterday; you are helping us define the future of how AI interacts with data.
You will be embedded deeply within Engineering and Product, working as a proactive force. You donât wait for a ticket to be assignedâyou hunt for the data patterns that tell us where our product should go next.
Be AI-Native: Leverage AI and LLMs not just in the product, but in your own workflow. You will help define how we measure the efficacy of Atlan AI, agentic workflows, and the "readiness" of our customersâ data for the AI era.
Proactive Signal Discovery: You wonât just report on KPIs; you will find the hidden signals. Whether itâs identifying a drop in connector performance or discovering a "power user" pattern in a new feature, you bring the "why" to the "what."
Guide the Roadmap: Work side-by-side with Engineering and Product leads to pressure-test our strategy. Your insights will directly influence what we build next, ensuring we are solving the most high-leverage problems for our users.
Full-Stack Ownership: From instrumenting new events in our codebase to building complex models that predict product-led growth to jumping into any cross functional data projects, you own the data lifecycle for any data problems
Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex engineering metrics into strategic narratives for our leadership team, helping us understand the health of our platform and the velocity of our innovation.
AI Visionary: You have a clear perspective on how AI is changing the data landscape. You understand that the future of analytics isn't just better charts, but autonomous context and intelligent automation. You worked with not just structured data but have started getting your hands dirty with unstructured data as well and LLMs+data projects.
The "Owner" Mindset: You are intensely proactive. You thrive in "chaos" and love the challenge of building a function from the ground up. You don't wait for a problem to be assigned; you find patterns and problems and bring ideas and solution.
Analytical Powerhouse: You are a master of SQL and a programming language such as python, with experience in the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, etc.). Youâve worked with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude etc) and know how to instrument for growth. But you are well aware of how these can be leveraged and are evolving with AI.
Engineering Empathy: You understand how software is built. You can speak the language of engineers and understand the trade-offs between technical debt and feature velocity.
2+ Years of Experience: Youâve spent significant time in high-growth SaaS environments, ideally within data, infrastructure, or developer tools.
Why Is Atlan for You?
At Atlan, we believe the future belongs to the humans of data. From curing diseases to advancing space exploration, data teams are powering humanity's greatest achievements. Yet, working with data can be chaoticâour mission is to transform that experience. We're reimagining how data teams collaborate by building the home they deserve, enabling them to create winning data cultures and drive meaningful progress.
Joining Atlan means:
Ownership from Day One: Whether you're an intern or a full-time teammate, youâll own impactful projects, chart your growth, and collaborate with some of the best minds in the industry.
Limitless Opportunities: At Atlan, your growth has no boundaries. If youâre ready to take initiative, the skyâs the limit.
A Global Data Community: Weâre deeply embedded in the modern data stack, contributing to open-source projects, sponsoring meet-ups, and empowering team members to grow through conferences and learning opportunities.
As a fast-growing, fully remote company trusted by global leaders like Cisco, Nasdaq, and HubSpot, weâre creating a category-defining platform for data and AI governance. Backed by top investors, weâve achieved 7X revenue growth in two years and are building a talented team spanning 15+ countries.
If youâre ready to do your lifeâs best work and help shape the future of data collaboration, join Atlan and become part of a mission to empower the humans of data to achieve more, together.
We are an equal opportunity employer
At Atlan, weâre committed to helping data teams do their livesâ best work. We believe that diversity and authenticity are the cornerstones of innovation, and by embracing varied perspectives and experiences, we can create a workplace where everyone thrives. Atlan is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We know AI is a valuable tool, and you're welcome to use it to prepare for your interview. However, please don't use AI assistants during the live interview itself. We want to have an authentic conversation with you, and using AI during the interview could affect our evaluation of your suitability for the role.
Just so you know, we use an AI scribe to help us take notes and review interviews, ensuring a fair and clear process.
Diversity & Inclusion:
Zensurance celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and provide accommodations throughout the hiring process. If you need support, let us know, weâre here to help.
Thank You!
We review every application with care to find the best fit for our team.
While we may take a little time to get back to you due to the high volume of applications we receive, know that a real human (not a bot!) is reviewing yours. We appreciate your patience and can't wait to learn more about you!
