About the Role

The Data Governance function is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, trustworthiness, and effective management of Chime's data assets. Our mission is to establish and operationalize data governance frameworks that not only meet compliance requirements, but actively enable high-confidence decision making across the company.  As a Data Governance Engineer, you will develop and implement policies and tools for data quality, developer enablement, certified datasets, and governance automation - with a sharp focus on building trust signals and scorecards that help data consumers quickly understand and act on the reliability of Chime's data.

This is a hands-on engineering role. You will write production-quality code to build automation for governance and data quality processes using Terraform, Python (or similar languages), and contribute to internal libraries, frameworks, and orchestration workflows that enable scalable governance.

You will partner closely with data engineering, analytics, product engineering, and compliance teams to:

  • Support Chime in data compliance and risk reduction initiatives
  • Establish data quality as a product discipline

$140000 - $180000 Full time
Product Marketing Lead
  • Paragon
  • Los Angeles or Remote
saas technical developer code

AI agents are only as useful as the data they can reach. SaaS products are only as sticky as the integrations they support. Paragon sits at the intersection of both: integration infrastructure for the companies building the next generation of software. Our platform gives product and engineering teams the primitives to connect anything, fast, without owning the infrastructure themselves. The category is forming now. We're at the front of it.

About the role

This is our first dedicated PMM hire. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work directly with our founders, product, and sales. No PMM team to slot into, no established playbook to follow. The job is to build and hone our positioning and make it real everywhere it needs to show up: the website, the sales motion, how we launch, how we compete. If you want to build something from scratch at a company that ships fast, keep reading.

We sell to two audiences: AI-native startups building integrations as table stakes, and enterprise product teams retrofitting AI into existing products. They don't read the same content, talk to the same analysts, or buy for the same reasons. Figuring out whether that's one story told two ways or two stories told in parallel is the most interesting part of this job.

What you'll do

  • Own Paragon's messaging and positioning, from homepage copy to the pitch deck to how sales answers "how are you different from Merge?"

  • Build a messaging framework that gives sales, content, and partnerships a shared source of truth on how we talk about ourselves

  • Run product launches end-to-end. You own the process and timeline, not just the blog post

  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets that reps actually use: decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handling

  • Develop ICP personas for both segments: AI-native builders and enterprises reinventing as AI companies

  • Share the success, or failure, of Marketing campaigns with Demand Gen

  • Own competitive intelligence across Merge, Prismatic, Composio, Workato, and others. Our competitive set spans legacy iPaaS to AI-native infrastructure. Picking which fights to pick is part of the job.

  • Plug into product planning before code ships, not after.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, having spent time as the first or second PMM, with meaningful time in developer tools, API infrastructure, integration, or something technically adjacent

  • You've lived through a company repositioning or category creation, owning messaging architecture, not supported it. You can show a before/after of how you changed the way a company/product talked about itself

  • Your writing earns trust from technical readers. You don’t need five sentences to say one thing. We'll ask for samples.

  • Sales enablement experience that goes beyond decks. You've trained reps, sat in deal reviews, and built materials that actually got used

  • Owned product launches from brief to post-launch retro, including wrangling product, design, and GTM to actually hit a date

  • Have worked alongside DevRel and have a view on how PMM and DevRel divide the work

We handle all infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and administrative operations so physicians can focus on patient care. Our model gives patients access to the newest therapies while maintaining the trusted patient-physician relationship.

Our Mission: Improving lives by providing advanced therapeutic options

Our Vision: Creating the absolute best patient-physician experience in clinical research

Our Values:

  • Compassion: We prioritize the patient-physician relationship, ensuring every interaction is service-oriented and patient-centered

  • Urgency: We work hard and practice selflessness, acting swiftly and decisively to meet the needs of our patients, partners, and colleagues

  • Excellence: We insist on excellence, holding ourselves accountable and empowering each other to deliver best-in-class service while maintaining the highest ethical and scientific standards

Why This Role Exists

Clinical trials generate enormous volumes of data – and the integrity of that data is what makes research meaningful. Every data point entered accurately and on time moves a study closer to the answers that matter: for sponsors, for science, and ultimately for patients.

The Data Entry Coordinator exists to ensure that data integrity never becomes a bottleneck. Working remotely and in close partnership with on-site clinical research staff, this role is the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps data flowing cleanly across studies. From entering source documents into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems to resolving queries and supporting database lock activities, the Data Entry Coordinator holds a critical thread in Profound’s research operations â€“ one that directly enables high-quality, audit-ready trial data across our growing network of sites.

What You’ll Do

  • Enter clinical trial data into EDC systems accurately and on time, in accordance with study protocols and sponsor requirements – turnaround time and accuracy are the benchmarks that matter most in this role

  • Review source documents for completeness and accuracy prior to entry

  • Perform routine data quality checks; identify and resolve discrepancies and data queries promptly to keep studies on track

  • Partner with Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and investigators to clarify missing or inconsistent data, and assist with query resolution from sponsors, monitors, and data management teams

  • Track data entry timelines across multiple concurrent studies and sites

  • Support database lock activities, ensuring all data is complete and clean ahead of deadlines

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation in compliance with GCP, FDA, and HIPAA standards

  • Generate basic reports on data status, query metrics, and site performance as needed

  • Participate in study start-up activities, including EDC system training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable

What We’re Looking For

You have a sharp eye for detail and a low tolerance for errors. You’re organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing track of what matters. You understand that in clinical research, accurate data isn’t just a deliverable – it’s the foundation everything else is built on, and you take that seriously.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines simultaneously

  • Familiarity with clinical research processes, terminology, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)

Preferred:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field

  • Experience with EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, REDCap, or Oracle InForm

  • Prior experience in a multi-site research network or site management organization (SMO)

  • Exposure to regulatory requirements, audit processes, and data cleaning workflows

  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry, clinical research, or healthcare data management

\n

\n

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This role is primarily performed in a remote/office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, working on a computer, and participating in virtual meetings

Requires the ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written forms and to read and interpret detailed materials

Minimal travel to company sites, meetings, or partner locations may be required, including the ability to navigate office/clinical environments and transport typical work materials

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role

Analytics Engineer
  • Civitech
  • Austin, TX or Remote
python support code cloud

Civitech is a public benefit corporation dedicated to creating a fairer and more equitable democracy by building the tools and infrastructure needed to increase civic participation, empower Democratic candidates to win, and support the success of progressive causes. Since its founding in 2019, over 500 partners -- a range of nonprofit organizations, national political committees, and individual campaigns -- have utilized Civitech’s tools to reach tens of millions of voters to help create a more equitable and progressive democracy.

Civitech is a remote-first company hiring within our current footprint of 27 states (AL, AK, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY); Civitech does have an office in Austin, TX.

It is important that our team reflects the diversity of the organizations we seek to serve. We strongly encourage women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ people, and others otherwise underrepresented in the technology sector to apply.

\n

This is a temporary role expected to run through November 15, 2026. While there may be the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role depending on business needs, candidates should apply with the understanding that the position is currently scoped as a fixed-term role, non-eligible for benefits.

The Analytics Engineer will turn raw voter, district shape, and product data into clean, well-modeled, trustworthy datasets that power dashboards, pipelines, and the tools our partners rely on every day. This role ensures that decision-makers across Civitech and our partner organizations are working from clean data they can trust, ultimately contributing to our mission of increasing civic participation and supporting progressive causes.

Civitech's Values
  • We act with Integrity – At Civitech, we hold ourselves to the highest standards and value open and transparent communications with all of our stakeholders. Our rigorous approach to product design, testing, and data science leads to accurate assessments of our outcomes and challenges us to constantly improve our tools.
  • We are Changemakers – As a team, Civitech seeks to make transformational change in our democracy by eliminating obstacles meant to hamper contribution from every member of the community.
  • We are Collaborators - Buoyed by our mission, we look for opportunities to partner with everyone committed to making democracy easier to participate in. We seek to understand the challenges our partners face and use our skills and creativity to help them solve them.
  • We are Bold – We recognize that disruptive change won't come with doing business as usual. Civitech seeks to revolutionize civic participation by bringing innovation and creativity to politics.

What You Will Do
  • Build and maintain dbt models that transform raw data from multiple sources into clean, tested, well-documented datasets.
  • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate ambiguous questions into durable data models rather than one-off queries.
  • Improve data quality across the stack by writing tests, defining expectations for critical models, and triaging issues when something looks wrong.
  • Document models, metrics, and lineage so engineers, analysts, and partner organizations can self-serve with confidence.
  • Use Python where it's the right tool — for orchestration, ad-hoc work, or transformations that don't belong in dbt.
  • Raise the bar on analytics engineering practices, including code review, modeling conventions, CI for data, and documentation standards.
  • Perform additional engineering and data duties as needed to support the broader team.

About You
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related role where modeling data was central to the job.
  • Strong SQL skills and production experience with dbt, including tests, documentation, and a sensible approach to project structure.
  • Comfortable in Python for data work, including pandas, scripting, and lightweight automation.
  • Experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar) and an instinct for writing SQL that performs well at scale.
  • A bias toward clarity — you write models, tests, and documentation that other people can actually use.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. Political and civic data is messy and timelines are real; you can move quickly without leaving a mess behind you.
  • Familiarity with voter file data, VAN/EveryAction, or other political/civic data sources is a plus.
  • Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect) or modern data ingestion (Fivetran, Airbyte) is an advantage.
  • Committed to leveraging technology and data products to help Democratic candidates run for office and win, empower progressive causes, and increase civic participation.

About LiveKit

LiveKit is the developer platform for building and operating real-time voice AI agents. We started as the leading open-source WebRTC platform and have grown into a comprehensive stack: SDKs and developer tooling, agent hosting, inference, telephony, and observability. Our goal is to become the default platform for voice agents, the way Stripe became the default for payments.

We're venture-backed, growing fast, and working with some of the largest companies in the world as they deploy voice agents at massive scale.

You'll thrive at LiveKit if you:

  • obsess with crafting code that is fast, reliable and practical for the problem

  • are known as the go-to person for tackling tough technical problems

  • work hard and can build and ship fast

  • can clearly explain complex technical concepts to others

  • are a fast learner, frequently picking up new languages and tools

The best way to impress us is with thoughtful Issues and/or PRs on our Github repos 😊

About This Role:

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the relationship between our product/engineering teams and the customers in our sales cycle. That includes everything from mid-market commercial accounts to seven-figure-plus enterprise deals.

Today, our PM team is small and high-leverage. Each PM acts as a bridge between a go-to-market motion and the engineering teams that build the platform. This role is the counterpart to our Growth PM (who focuses on self-serve developer adoption). You'll be the primary product voice for customers going through the sales process and scaling in production.

This means you'll spend real time with customers and prospects, deeply understand what's blocking them from going to production or expanding usage, and translate that into roadmap priorities that engineering teams can act on. You'll also be the connective tissue between our sales org and engineering, making sure both sides have context, alignment, and a shared sense of what matters.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the product expert in the room for sales-cycle customers. Join calls, understand technical requirements, and help prospects see how LiveKit fits their architecture, working alongside solutions engineers and account executives.

  • Organize and prioritize customer asks. Build a clear, consolidated view of what sales-cycle customers need, how urgent it is, and which engineering teams are responsible. Replace scattered threads with real visibility.

  • Translate customer needs into roadmap. Synthesize patterns across customer conversations into clear product priorities. Work with engineering leads to shape what gets built and when.

  • Bridge sales and engineering. Build the communication loops so sales knows what's coming and engineering knows what customers are asking for. This is not a process-heavy role. It's about high-bandwidth, trust-based relationships across teams that operate with a lot of autonomy.

  • Arm the GTM team. Equip sales with the roadmap context, competitive positioning, and product knowledge they need to close and expand deals. Help shape packaging and pricing for enterprise offerings.

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years in product management, with significant experience working with enterprise sales motions. You've been the PM that sales teams rely on.

  • Technical depth. You can hold your own in conversations about infrastructure, APIs, WebRTC, telephony, or AI/ML pipelines. You don't need to write code, but you need to understand systems well enough to earn trust with engineers and make good tradeoffs.

  • Strong customer instincts. You've spent time directly with enterprise customers and can quickly identify what's a real blocker vs. a nice-to-have. You know how to distill signal from a dozen different customer conversations.

  • Cross-functional influence. You're effective at aligning teams without authority over them. LiveKit's engineering teams operate with high autonomy. You'll influence through clarity, trust, and good judgment, not process or hierarchy.

  • Communication as a superpower. You write clearly, present well, and can context-switch between a board-level strategy conversation and a detailed technical discussion with an engineering lead.

  • Comfort with ambiguity. We're a small product team at a fast-growing company. You'll need to figure out what matters, prioritize ruthlessly, and move quickly without waiting for perfect information.

Bonus points

  • Experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company

  • Familiarity with real-time communication, WebRTC, or telephony

  • Background in AI/ML platforms or voice AI specifically

  • Experience with usage-based pricing models

Why LiveKit

  • Real impact, fast. Our platform is already running hundreds of millions of agent minutes per month for some of the world's largest companies. You'll shape how that scales.

  • Open source at the core. We build in the open where possible and our developer community is a genuine competitive advantage.

  • Small team, big leverage. The product org is lean. You won't be writing PRDs that go into a queue. You'll be directly shaping what gets built.

  • The market is moving. Voice AI is in its early innings. LiveKit is positioned to define how this industry scales, and this role is at the center of that.

We offer

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Flexible vacation policy

LiveKit is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected by applicable law. If you require a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please contact recruiting@livekit.io.

About GiddyUp

GiddyUp is a performance-based Partner Marketing Platform and Agency that’s generated over $1.5B in sales for innovative DTC brands—without raising a dollar of VC funding.

Founded in 2013, we’ve been bootstrapped and profitable since day one, and our entire model is built around one thing: we only get paid when we deliver results.

We combine elite strategy, creative, media, and analytics under one roof, supported by our proprietary funnel-building and e-commerce checkout software, engineered specifically for high-converting, scalable direct response. It’s not just best-in-class, it’s the backbone behind dozens of 7, 8, and 9-figure DTC offers.

You won't specialize into one narrow lane. You'll develop across all of them.

Talent Sourcer
  • Puente Talent Partners
AI Tools Applicant Tracking System Candidate Sourcing Data Management

About Puente Talent

Puente Talent connects top Latin American professionals with growing U.S. companies through selective remote hiring.

Every role we fill is remote, every candidate is based in Latin America, and every client is a U.S. company. We are growing and need a sourcer who can build strong candidate pipelines before recruiters are overloaded.

About the Role

You will own the top of the recruiting funnel.

Your job is to find, qualify, and engage Latin American candidates for remote roles with U.S. companies across operations, sales, customer service, finance, recruiting, and back-office roles.

Job opportunity on getonbrd.com.

Key Responsibilities

You should move quickly, write clearly, and use AI tools to improve speed without lowering quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified Latin American candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, sourcing platforms, communities, referrals, and our ATS database.
  • Build Boolean searches and AI-assisted search strings tailored to each role.
  • Create target lists for active and future roles.
  • Run personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp when appropriate.
  • Qualify candidates against role-specific scorecards before passing them to recruiters.
  • Keep the ATS clean with accurate tags, notes, compensation expectations, location, English level, availability, and role fit.
  • Track sourcing metrics including outreach volume, response rate, qualified candidates, assessment completion, recruiter acceptance rate, and interview conversion.
  • Partner with recruiters daily to refine target profiles based on client feedback.
  • Build reusable sourcing playbooks for the roles we hire most often.
  • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to improve search strings, outreach personalization, candidate summaries, and pipeline organization.

Weekly Output Expectations

After ramp up, a strong sourcer should be able to consistently produce:

  • 500 to 750 candidate profiles reviewed per week
  • 250 to 400 relevant candidates added or updated in the ATS per week
  • 250 to 400 targeted outbound messages per week
  • 60 to 120 interested candidate replies per week
  • 35 to 60 qualified candidates passed to recruiters per week
  • 20 to 40 candidates accepted by recruiters as strong-fit prospects per week
  • 8 to 20 candidates moved into interview, assessment, or client submission path per week

Quality matters more than raw volume. We do not want resume dumping. We want candidates recruiters trust.

Who You Are

You have experience sourcing candidates for remote, U.S.-facing, staffing, recruiting, BPO, agency, SaaS, or high-volume talent environments. You know how to find strong candidates beyond inbound applicants.

You can write outreach in clear English that sounds human, direct, and professional. You understand how to qualify candidates based on role requirements, English level, compensation, experience, availability, and professionalism. You move fast without needing constant supervision. You are comfortable using LinkedIn, ATS systems, Google Sheets, job boards, sourcing tools, and AI tools. You care about clean data.

Recruiters should be able to understand your notes without asking you for context. You are persistent without being spammy. You are organized enough to manage multiple active searches at once.

This Role Is Not a Fit If

  • You only want to review inbound applicants.
  • You do not like outbound sourcing.
  • You send generic messages to everyone.
  • You do not keep clean notes.
  • You need a recruiter to tell you every next step.
  • You cannot work with daily or weekly targets.
  • Your English writing is weak.
  • You are uncomfortable using AI tools to move faster.

Bonus Points

  • Experience sourcing for operations, sales, customer service, finance, recruiting, or administrative roles.
  • Experience sourcing Latin American candidates for U.S. companies.
  • Experience at a staffing firm, recruiting agency, remote talent company, BPO, SaaS company, or marketplace.
  • Experience with RecruitCRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, or Claude.
  • Built Boolean libraries, sourcing playbooks, talent pools, or candidate tagging systems before.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English.

Benefits

  • Salary paid in USD
  • 100% remote within Latin America
  • 3 weeks of PTO
  • Local holidays
  • Performance bonuses
  • Opportunity to grow into Senior Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruiter based on performance

Bonuses

Performance bonuses are available based on candidate quality and conversion.

Example bonus structure:

  • Bonus for sourced candidates who reach client interview
  • Larger bonus for sourced candidates who are hired
  • Additional bonus for candidates who stay past 60 or 90 days

We reward sourced candidates who actually convert, not just raw activity.

Fully remote You can work from anywhere in the world.

Python Django Celery System Design
Company & Project Overview
VONQ AI Labs is at the forefront of recruitment technology, delivering AI-powered platforms that streamline the candidate journey. We are expanding into Agentic AI systems to power an agentic recruitment platform built on LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and event-driven backends. This project emphasizes delivering fast, reliable software to customers and shaping the next generation of recruitment automation. As part of a high-performance team, you’ll own critical backend components and contribute to the platform’s evolution from prototype to production-grade systems that customers rely on daily.

Apply to this job opportunity at getonbrd.com.

What You’ll Do

  • Own backend systems end-to-end using Python and Django, designing clean, pragmatic architectures that scale with the product.
  • Build and maintain event-driven architectures (Celery, messaging queues, asynchronous workflows) to support fast feature delivery.
  • Make fast, informed trade-offs to ship features quickly while maintaining reliability and observability.
  • Operate and improve what you build: performance, reliability, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Design and implement agentic architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents.
  • Develop stateful, multi-step, multi-agent workflows; implement planning, orchestration, memory, and tool use.
  • Integrate agent systems with backend services, queues, and external APIs; ensure production-grade quality.
  • Collaborate in short, outcome-driven cycles and take ownership of live deployments.

What We’re Looking For

We seek senior backend engineers with a strong track record of designing scalable systems and shipping production-ready software. Key requirements include deep experience with Python and Django, hands-on work building event-driven systems (e.g., Celery), and familiarity with agentic AI concepts (LangChain, LangGraph) or similar frameworks. You should have demonstrated ownership of complex systems in startup environments, a bias toward delivery, and comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements. Fluent English communication is essential.

Desirable Experience

Experience designing multi-agent or stateful AI systems; prior work translating experiments into robust customer-facing features; comfort with rapid iteration and operating in high-trust, ownership-driven workplaces. Personal projects involving LangChain or related agentic tooling are a plus. Strong teamwork and the ability to collaborate across product, backend, and frontend without silos.

Benefits & What We Offer

Fully remote with flexible working hours in a high-trust, high-ownership culture. Competitive compensation with a strong emphasis on impact, real agentic AI production, and a small team delivering outsized results. You’ll work on a leading-edge platform and contribute directly to customer value, with opportunities for career growth and learning. Join a team that values shipping functional software over rhetoric and invites you to own what you build from day one.

Fully remote You can work from anywhere in the world.
Pet-friendly Pets are welcome at the premises.
Flexible hours Flexible schedule and freedom for attending family needs or personal errands.
Informal dress code No dress code is enforced.
Gross salary $4000 - 6000 Full time
Python C# Docker CI/CD

Vequity is building the world’s most robust, contextualized buyer intelligence network for investment banks, private equity firms, and strategic acquirers — a platform with over 2.1 million buyer profiles, each containing ~100 structured and inferred data fields. Our proprietary AI agents continuously enrich, infer, and structure buyer intelligence at scale.

We need a fullstack engineer who ships product features end-to-end, brings real fluency with AI development tooling, and will take ownership of deployment pipelines that currently lack a dedicated owner.

This is a two-sided role: half building features that users see, half making the engineering team faster and more reliable. If you’ve actually built with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools — not just experimented — and you can prove it with real output, we want to talk.

Apply at the original job on getonbrd.com.

What you’ll own

  • Fullstack product development. Build and ship features across the Angular frontend and C# / Python backend. Translate product requirements into production-ready code. Write clean, tested, maintainable code with solid PR practices.
  • AI-augmented development. Actively use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Aider) to accelerate your own development velocity. Improve team patterns and best practices for AI-assisted workflows. Evaluate and integrate new AI development tools as they emerge.
  • Deployment and operations. Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code. Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities. Manage cloud infrastructure (GCP) including cost optimization and scaling. Create and maintain runbooks for operational procedures.
  • Developer experience and tooling. Reduce friction in the development-to-deployment cycle. Improve local development environments, testing infrastructure, and developer workflows. Standardize build, lint, and test tooling across the codebase.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. Work across product, engineering, and sales operations teams. Bridge feature development and infrastructure reliability. Participate in code reviews and mentor team members.

What success looks like in year one

  • Shipping 2–3 features per sprint while maintaining code quality.
  • Continuous deployment implemented within your first month.
  • At least one improvement to the team’s AI-assisted workflow per week.
  • Deployment pipeline has a clear owner with documented runbooks and <15 minute rollback capability within 3 months.
  • Zero unplanned downtime from deployment issues within 6 months.
  • Your teammates are measurably faster because of the tooling and patterns you’ve introduced.

What we’re looking for

Core requirements

  • 4+ years fullstack development experience with Angular + Python or C# backends.
  • Demonstrated production use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) — must be able to show concrete examples of how these tools changed your workflow and output.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable).
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices: infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, logging, alerting.
  • Strong written English — this is a remote, async-heavy role with a US-based team.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup where priorities shift and ownership is expected.

Nice to have

  • Github Actions experience is a big plus
  • Experience owning deployment pipelines end-to-end in a startup environment.
  • Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure-as-code.
  • Kubernetes or Cloud Run experience on GCP.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or data-intensive platforms.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and data-heavy applications.
  • Familiarity with the Python data tooling ecosystem (even if not a data engineer).
  • Contributions to open source or public examples of AI-augmented development work.

Compensation and benefits

We pay competitively for the LATAM market and we’re transparent about it.

  • Time off: Manage your own schedule. We trust you.
  • Health: $150/month health and wellness stipend.
  • Engagement: B2B contract. 30-day mutual notice.

How we work

  • Fully remote. We are based in Denver, Colorado (MT, UTC-7). You can work from Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, or anywhere in the Americas with strong overlap.
  • Same time zone. We expect significant daily overlap with Central Standard Time (CT). LATAM time zones are ideal — this is a key reason we’re hiring in the region.
  • Async-first. We write things down. Docs, Loom videos, and thoughtful PR descriptions are the norm. Meetings happen when they’re the fastest path to clarity, not by default.
  • Small team, direct access. You will work directly with the Head of Engineering and the founder. No middle management. Your work ships fast.

Flexible hours Flexible schedule and freedom for attending family needs or personal errands.
Health coverage Vequity pays or copays health insurance for employees.
Computer provided Vequity provides a computer for your work.
Gross salary $4100 - 6500 Full time
Python Node.js Prompt Engineering API Integration

The mission

The $20B+ insurance-displaced housing industry runs on email, spreadsheets, and phone calls. We're going to be the company that changes that. Our bet: the relocation company with the best AI infrastructure wins this decade — by responding faster, matching better, and operating at 5–10x the throughput of competitors.

The current stack

Our 8-agent SAM.gov pipeline scans federal solicitations, extracts requirements from fillable PDFs, and drafts responses. Our EA agent triages email across two Gmail accounts and syncs to Monday.com. Orchestration on a dedicated mini-PC, MCP servers, integrations with SAM.gov, Google Places, and our CRM. All built on Claude.

What's next

Voice agents for landlord outreach. Computer-use agents for property scouting. RAG over placement history. Customer-facing tools.

The team

Lean operating team of ~8. The founder built the current stack and will be your direct technical partner. You own the AI roadmap.

Job opportunity on getonbrd.com.

Job functions

The Link Housing runs on a custom Claude-powered agent stack. Our 8-agent SAM.gov pipeline scans federal solicitations daily, extracts requirements from fillable PDFs, and generates response drafts. Our EA agent triages inbound email across several Gmail accounts, creates draft replies, and syncs to Monday.com. Orchestration runs on a dedicated mini-PC with cron-scheduled workflows, MCP servers, and integrations with SAM.gov, Google Places, and our CRM.

The next 12 months: scale it. More agents, better reliability, customer-facing AI tools (intake, tenant portal, property matching), and new verticals. You own the AI roadmap.

The team

We're a lean operating team of ~8 people handling property submissions, tenant placements, and landlord outreach. The founder architected the current AI stack and will be your direct technical counterpart. You'll be the first dedicated AI/engineering hire. No middle management, no tickets, no committee reviews — just ship.

Qualifications and requirements

Required

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years building production LLM applications
  • Deep, hands-on experience with the Anthropic Claude API — you've shipped real systems with it, not just experimented
  • Demonstrated ability to design and own multi-agent systems end-to-end (orchestration, tool use, error handling, evals, observability)
  • Strong opinions about agent architecture, prompt engineering, and how to make LLM systems reliable in production
  • Comfortable being the most senior technical person on AI in the room, including with the founder
  • Strong Node.js skills, or Python with willingness to work in Node
  • Excellent written and verbal English — you'll be in customer conversations, partner meetings, and architectural discussions

Bonus

  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
  • Background in real estate, insurance, or government contracting
  • Open-source contributions to AI/LLM tooling
  • Prompt evaluation or testing framework experience
  • PDF parsing pipelines (pdf-lib, pdftotext, pdf-parse)
  • Windows server / Task Scheduler familiarity

Mindset You think in systems, ship fast, and care about reliability. You're equally comfortable debugging a flaky API integration and designing a new agent architecture from scratch.

You're hungry. You read the Anthropic changelog the day it drops. You've tried MCP. You have opinions about prompt structure. AI isn't your job — it's the thing you'd be doing in your free time anyway.

You take ownership. If a customer-facing agent fails, you don't wait to be told — you find out, fix it, and write up what changed. You think like a founder. You don't just ship features; you think about what shipping this feature does for the business. You ask "what would 10x this?" and then go build it. You see the AI infrastructure as a competitive moat, not a tech stack.

Desirable skills

MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers — building or integrating with them

Prompt evaluation frameworks — Promptfoo, Braintrust, LangSmith, or homegrown eval pipelines

PDF parsing at scale — pdf-lib, pdftotext, pdf-parse, especially for fillable government forms

Real estate, insurance, or property management domain knowledge — ALE/CRS placements, mid-term rentals, or Airbnb hosting

Government contracting experience — SAM.gov, federal RFPs, SF 1449 forms, set-aside categories

Monday.com API — boards, items, automations, webhooks

Google Workspace APIs — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, OAuth flows

Open-source contributions to AI/LLM tooling

Voice AI — Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, or similar (we may build voice agents for landlord outreach)

Conditions

Real ownership. First dedicated AI/engineering hire. You'll architect, ship, and own the AI roadmap end-to-end. Direct line to the founder, no middle management, no committee design reviews.

Competitive compensation. Annual performance reviews with clear paths for raises tied to impact.

Fully remote, work from anywhere. We don't care where you live as long as you can overlap a few hours with PST for live syncs.

Flexible schedule. Async-first culture. We care about what you ship, not when you're online.

Real business, real impact. We're profitable. Your work directly affects revenue, not a runway clock. The AI you build helps real families find homes after losing theirs.

Modern stack, modern tools. Claude API, MCP, Node.js, no legacy baggage. You'll work with current tech and have budget for tools you need.

Fully remote You can work from anywhere in the world.
Gross salary $6400 - 8000 Full time
AI Systems Engineer
  • Future Beyond
Microservices Machine Learning API Development Containers
Beware: we're not looking for a "Prompt Engineer". We're looking for an AI Systems Engineer: someone who maintains a clear mind that thinks in terms of architectures, latency, and scale, knowing how to pull tricks out of thin air to make AI work in the messiest real-world conditions. Always searching for the sweet spot that lives between simple and complex, between under and over-engineering.

Exclusive offer from getonbrd.com.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll be part of the core team crafting Future Beyond’s building blocks. Your daily battles won't be tuning hyperparameters in an isolated notebook. They'll be:
  • Orchestration. Assembling all the pieces into a coherent, complex system. You'll make architecture decisions with vendor-agnosticism — picking the right technology for each subsystem without falling for hype. That means designing execution graphs (LangGraph, custom DAGs, or whatever the problem demands) where LLMs reason alongside classical ML models that detect, classify, optimize, recommend, and forecast. You'll decide when a problem needs a fine-tuned foundation model and when a GBM or a time-series model is the sharper tool — then wire them together with resilience, robustness, and security built in from the start.
  • Traceability. Building systems where every AI recommendation is fully auditable. In the industries we work in, a black box is unacceptable. Our software must explain its inputs and reasoning chain transparently — whether that chain passes through an LLM, an anomaly-detection model, or both.
  • Physical-digital integration. Connecting AI and ML models with a diversity of data streams — IoT telemetry, spatial databases, other models' outputs — to build systems that suggest best-next-actions in real time. You'll train and deploy classical inference pipelines (predictive maintenance, sensor-fusion classifiers, geospatial clustering) that feed into and are orchestrated by higher-level AI agents.
  • From prototype to production. Taking AI proofs of concept and turning them into resilient, fault-tolerant modules that run 24/7 in the world's most demanding environments. That includes owning the full lifecycle of ML models — feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring for drift.

What we expect from you

  • You're an engineer who builds production-ready AI systems. You have solid backend experience and a deep understanding of software architecture. You are language-agnostic but expert in high-performance stacks, comfortable with strict typing, asynchronous programming, and building resilient APIs that handle mission-critical workloads.
  • Infrastructure is not a mystery to you. You understand how the cloud is actually built. You have real fluency with containers (Docker, K8s), databases (SQL, no-SQL, and vector search), and microservices architectures.
  • You write and read the source code. You have an obsession to understand how things work underneath. You strongly use AI as a co-pilot to go faster, never as autopilot. You own every line of code you put into production.
  • Deliberate friction. Against the current wave of technological noise, we hold a deliberate contradiction: we're naive enough to explore, and cynical enough to commit. We want someone who's quick to get their hands dirty with a new model, and ruthlessly skeptical before adding it to the stack.
  • You communicate as well as you code. Because we're autonomous and "Humans First," being able to effectively and respectfully communicate with others is a must. You can write a tech spec, a GitHub issue, or a Slack message with total clarity — in both English and Spanish. The same applies to explaining technical decisions to a non-technical stakeholder, or pushing back on an architecture choice in a design review.

Bonus points

(none of these are required, but they'll make us lean forward)
  • Experience building AI systems with machine learning models, optimization, recommendation, autonomous agents or advanced LLM architectures (complex RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, LLM evaluation).
  • You've done something — or remember doing something — with low-level languages (Go, Rust, C++), or have a working understanding of high-performance computing and memory management.
  • Experience with time-series data, industrial telemetry (IoT), or mathematical modelling.
  • Familiarity with ML deployment methodologies in production (MLOps, CI/CD for ML).

Benefits

  • 4-day week. We work Monday through Thursday, 8 hours a day. We believe in the balance between work and life — and nothing reinforces that like a 3-day weekend every week. We work 80% of the hours and maintain 100% of the salary and output (We suspect that we're actually more productive by working one day less).
  • 32-hour work week. Some weeks require more, but those are the exception, not the rhythm.
  • 20 days of vacation per year.
  • Work from wherever you want. You're always welcome at our offices in Valdivia and Santiago.
  • Extended parental leave — 6 months full salary for mothers, 1 month for fathers.
  • Apple equipment.
  • Learning budget to get certified and keep sharpening your skills.
  • Access to any tool you need to do your work better.
  • Remote workspace budget to set up your home setup properly.
  • Health and dental insurance.
  • Sport and mental health stipend.
  • Profit-sharing program based on tenure, starting after 2 years.

Fully remote You can work from anywhere in the world.
Pet-friendly Pets are welcome at the premises.
Flexible hours Flexible schedule and freedom for attending family needs or personal errands.
Health coverage Future Beyond pays or copays health insurance for employees.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Partner – Technical Consulting to act as a strategic advisor and coach for our forward-deployed technical teams.
This role is focused on enabling technical professionals—such as Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers—to operate effectively within complex client environments. Coach teams on how to communicate complex ideas effectively, build influence, and convert resistance into alignment.
Stakeholder Navigation & Influence

Provide guidance on how to position ideas, manage expectations, and engage stakeholders strategically.
Cross-Functional Mediation

Act as a neutral intermediary between commercial teams (e.g., Key Account Managers) and delivery teams.
Ensure that business objectives are balanced with team sustainability, protecting the integrity and well-being of technical staff.
Performance & Attrition Risk Management

Identify early signs of burnout, disengagement, or frustration within teams.
Proactively intervene to address issues before they impact performance or lead to attrition.
Technical Communication & Delivery Effectiveness

Support consultants in diagnosing why technical ideas may not be accepted or adopted.
Provide feedback on communication, framing, and delivery approaches to improve impact and adoption.
Capability Development & Training Coordination

Identify knowledge gaps and development opportunities across technical teams based on recurring challenges and performance patterns.
Coordinate and oversee targeted training sessions to address these gaps, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivery objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in consulting, organizational coaching, people operations, or similar advisory roles.
  • Experience working closely with technical teams (e.g., data, engineering, or product) in client-facing environments.
  • Mandatory experience working within software and technology environments.

We're looking for a Senior Community & Content Specialist who can join our team and help us grow communities on Reddit for medium and large brands.

Most brands learn the hard way that you can't market to Reddit. You have to write for it. We've spent almost 20 years getting that right.

We're OGS Media, the Reddit marketing agency Fortune 100 brands call when they need to actually succeed on Reddit, not just check a box. TikTok, American Express, Purple, Asurion, eBay, alongside high-growth mid-market companies like Devicie. We've turned Reddit sceptics into Reddit believers and helped brands become part of communities rather than interruptions.

Job functions

We are looking for someone who understands the difference between being a helpful human in a thread and being a brand account that's pretending to be one. Someone who sees the small openings to represent a client without breaking the community's rules or its trust. Someone who thinks about what a piece of content is supposed to do, not what the brief says to do.

This role isn't about gaming karma or churning out promotional posts. It's about making brands more Reddit-like. Helping them join conversations they should be part of. Finding creative angles that make moderators smile instead of reaching for the ban button.

What you'll actually do

- Run multiple enterprise client accounts at the same time (real brands, real budgets)
- Build content strategies that communities upvote because they're genuinely useful
- Develop relationships with subreddit moderators the right way, respecting their communities
- Work with brands to produce content audiences actually want to engage with
- Turn engagement data into insights that shape what we do next
- Set the visible quality standard for content on the team
- Work directly with our Reddit Team Manager and our Senior Account Executive

Qualifications and requirements

- 4–5 years building communities. The platform doesn't matter to us. Discord, niche forums, Substack, Quora, Reddit, or communities you've grown yourself all count equally. What matters is that you've actually done it well
- Exceptional writing and the ability to switch between brand voices cleanly
- Independence. You don't need hand-holding
- An analytical mind that turns observations into action
- You pick up new tools fast and don't wait to be shown
- Exceptional written English

AI is fine for research and brainstorming. Every word that goes live is written by you. If it reads like ChatGPT wrote it, it doesn't ship.

Desirable skills

  • Hands-on experience on Reddit
  • Background in editorial, brand journalism, or content for agency
  • Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and how content surfaces in AI-generated search
  • Comfort with social listening or community analytics tools
  • Experience writing for multiple brand voices at the same time
  • A vertical you know deeply (tech, fintech, e-commerce, consumer)

Conditions

  • Competitive USD compensation, paid in dollars, with performance-based progression up to USD 2,750/month
  • 100% remote, with flexible working hours (6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm ET)
  • Paid leave, prorated based on start date
  • B2B contractor
  • Direct work with Fortune 100 brands from day one
  • Senior reviews focused on craft and growth, not micromanagement

Fully remote You can work from anywhere in the world.
Informal dress code No dress code is enforced.
Vacation over legal OGS Media gives you paid vacations over the legal minimum.

About EVEN

EVEN is the leading direct-to-fan platform for artists and labels. We help artists sell music, merchandise, and exclusive content directly to their superfans, with every sale counting toward official chart reporting through Luminate.

Our platform powers pre-orders, digital storefronts, and direct-to-consumer commerce for artists including J. Cole, French Montana, Brent Faiyaz, LaRussell, and Mick Jenkins. We are partnered with Universal Music Group, UnitedMasters, Too Lost, Stem, Symphonic, Secretly Distribution, Virgin Music Group, and others across 3,000+ labels and distributors in over 110 countries.

We are a remote-first team of 35 people across the US and Latin America. Our engineering team of 16 is primarily based in LATAM and operates in three squads (Artist, Fan, Core), shipping across web, mobile, and API. You will be working alongside engineers you can communicate with natively.

This job is published by getonbrd.com.

Why This Role Exists

Product direction at EVEN is currently shared between our CEO (vision, strategy, partner commitments) and our CTO (day-to-day product and engineering decisions). Our Lead Product Designer shapes UX and design. There is no dedicated product manager.

We are now 35 people with three engineering squads, partnerships with the leading music companies, and a product surface that spans artist dashboards, fan storefronts, mobile apps, e-commerce, streaming, chart reporting, and API integrations.

We need someone whose full-time job is to own the product roadmap, run shaping sessions, write clear briefs, coordinate cross-team priorities, and connect what our partners and artists need with what our engineering team builds.

What you will do:

  • Own the product roadmap end to end. Translate company strategy into quarterly priorities, and quarterly priorities into engineering-ready specs.
  • Run shaping sessions with the CTO and engineering leads. Turn raw ideas into scoped briefs with clear acceptance criteria before they hit a sprint.
  • Manage the product process: Ideas Pool to PRD Library to Roadmap (we use Notion, Linear, and Figma).
  • Work directly with our 3 product designers to define user flows, review designs, and ship features that match the brief.
  • Coordinate across squads (Artist, Fan, Core) to manage dependencies, unblock engineers, and keep the roadmap on track.
  • Partner with BD and Artist Relations to understand what artists, labels, and distributors need and translate that into product requirements.
  • Define product metrics, track them in PostHog, and use data to prioritize what ships next.
  • Report to the CEO. Work side by side with the CTO.

Success at 30/60/90 days:

  • 30 days: You have audited the current roadmap, met every team lead, and identified the top 3 product gaps.
  • 60 days: You own the shaping process. Every feature entering a sprint has a brief you wrote or approved.
  • 90 days: The CEO is no longer involved in day-to-day product decisions. The roadmap is yours.

Qualifications and requirements

  • 5+ years in product management at a B2C or marketplace company, with at least 2 years as a lead or senior PM.
  • You have shipped and scaled digital commerce, content, or creator-economy products. Experience with platforms that have both a supply side (artists, creators) and a demand side (fans, consumers) is strongly preferred.
  • You write clear PRDs and briefs. You can take a vague idea and turn it into a scoped spec with acceptance criteria that engineers can build from.
  • You have run or closely participated in product shaping sessions with engineering and design teams.
  • You have managed or closely collaborated with product designers. You can give useful design feedback and know the difference between UX and UI polish.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal. Our engineering and design teams work primarily in Spanish. Our commercial team works in English. You need both.
  • You are comfortable working across US and LATAM time zones with a fully distributed team.
  • You have used tools like Linear, Notion, Figma, and PostHog (or equivalents like Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • You understand analytics-driven product development. You can define metrics, set up tracking, and use data to make prioritization calls.
  • You have worked at a startup (Series A to Series C) where process was still being built and you had to build it yourself.

Desirable skills

  • Experience with direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms or digital storefronts.
  • Background in the music industry, artist services, or label partnerships.
  • Familiarity with Luminate/SoundScan chart reporting or music distribution workflows.
  • Experience working with React, Next.js, or modern web/mobile stacks. You will not code, but technical fluency helps you scope better and earn engineering trust faster.
  • Prior experience at a Series A or Series B startup where you built the product function from scratch (first PM hire).
  • Experience managing a product team of 3+ people (designers and/or PMs).
  • Experience with mobile product development (iOS/Android).

Conditions

  • Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the Americas.
  • Equity Package
  • Core overlap hours: 10am to 3pm EST (New York time). The rest of your day is flexible.
  • Paid in USD via Deel.
  • Health stipend included in monthly compensation.
  • Flexible vacation and PTO policy.
  • Paid sick days.
  • Equipment provided.
  • Direct access to the CEO and CTO. No layers between you and the people making decisions.
  • You will be the first dedicated product hire. You are building the function, not joining one.

Relocation offered If you are moving in from another country, EVEN helps you with your relocation.
Fully remote You can work from anywhere in the world.
Pet-friendly Pets are welcome at the premises.
Flexible hours Flexible schedule and freedom for attending family needs or personal errands.
Health coverage EVEN pays or copays health insurance for employees.
Computer provided EVEN provides a computer for your work.
Informal dress code No dress code is enforced.
