📋 Descripción General
Growe, un grupo líder de consultoría y servicios para iGaming y Entertainment, busca un/a Senior Recruiter para liderar procesos de reclutamiento globales. La empresa se enfoca en desarrollar estrategias escalables, entrar a nuevos mercados y ayudar a marcas a crecer de forma sostenible. Este rol abarca el ciclo completo de contratación para posiciones internacionales, creación de estrategias de atracción de talento y participación en proyectos que fortalecen la operación global de HR.
📋 Responsabilidades Principales
• Gestionar el reclutamiento full-cycle para roles globales: sourcing, screening, entrevistas, feedback y ofertas.
• Crear y ejecutar nuevas formas de captar candidatos pasivos mediante sourcing, analítica, redes sociales y outreach directo.
• Colaborar con hiring managers para definir necesidades y estrategias de contratación.
• Construir y mantener una base de datos global de candidatos.
• Analizar métricas del pipeline, tasas de conversión, efectividad de sourcing y rendimiento del proceso.
• Representar a la empresa en conferencias, eventos de networking y meetups del sector.
• Participar en proyectos de HR orientados a escalar operaciones de reclutamiento internacional.
🎯 Requisitos
• 2+ años de experiencia en reclutamiento full-cycle en IT, digital, iGaming o agencias.
• Dominio de sistemas ATS, herramientas de sourcing y bases de datos de candidatos.
• Experiencia en entrevistas basadas en competencias.
• Experiencia contratando talento en Europa.
• Inglés Upper-Intermediate.
• Plus: experiencia en iGaming o contratación para roles de Affiliate, CRM, Retention, Media Buying o Product.
