Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter with a strong network in Latin America (LATAM) and other global talent markets to help us identify and hire top-tier software engineers.
This role will start as a 2-month contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage high-quality software engineers from LATAM and other regions
- Leverage your existing network and recruiting channels to quickly build a strong candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates for:
- Technical background
- Communication skills (strong emphasis on fluent English)
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Strong and active network of software engineers in Latin America
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to assess candidates’ communication and professionalism
- Experience hiring for backend, frontend, or full-stack roles

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- Levantar perfiles de cargo junto con líderes técnicos y jefaturas de usuario, identificando habilidades técnicas (hard skills) y competencias conductuales (soft skills) requeridas.
- Publicar ofertas laborales en portales especializados (LinkedIn, GetOnBoard, Trabajando, etc.) y redes tecnológicas; buscar, filtrar y preseleccionar candidatos con experiencia SAP (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, ABAP, Basis, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Realizar entrevistas por competencias y evaluaciones técnicas iniciales (con apoyo del líder técnico si aplica).
- Gestionar agenda de entrevistas con equipos de selección y clientes internos; administrar el ATS y mantener el pipeline de candidatos actualizado.
- Elaborar informes de avance de búsquedas y reportes de gestión de reclutamiento; asegurar una experiencia positiva para el candidato durante todo el proceso.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de talento SAP para futuras búsquedas y apoyar la estrategia de adquisición de talento.

You'll be the strategic recruiting partner for our clients: running full cycles, advising hiring managers, and using data and judgment to drive great hires. What You'll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles using Clera's AI-powered platform.
- Review AI-generated matches and quickly identify the strongest, most relevant talent.
- Interview and qualify candidates, then present tight, high-signal shortlists to hiring managers.
- Join client calls, clarify role requirements, and provide honest, strategic hiring guidance.
- Act as a true partner to clients, including challenging unclear or unrealistic expectations.
- Own candidate pipelines end-to-end, ensuring fast, clean movement through every stage.
- Give structured feedback to the engineering team to improve matching logic and workflows.
- Keep candidate notes and process documentation accurate, up to date, and reliable.
- Prioritize across multiple searches and drive them to successful hires with minimal oversight.
What You Bring
- 1+ years recruiting for U.S. clients or U.S.-based roles.
- Proven experience in fast-paced environments (startup or high-velocity agency).
- Strong client-facing presence: clear communication, expectation management, and relationship-building.
- Excellent English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PST), including occasional evening or weekend calls.
- High comfort with tools, ATS, and AI-driven workflows.
- Sharp judgment on skills, experience, and culture add—not just keyword matching.
- High ownership, reliability, and the ability to move fast without hand-holding.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, sales, operations, G&A).
- Background in both agency and in-house recruiting.
- Hands-on experience improving recruiting tools, processes, or product.
- Success managing multiple searches and high-volume pipelines in parallel.
