Charlotte Party Rentals – now proudly rebranding to Toadally Rad Tents & Events – is seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-obsessed Remote Event Client Representative to join our growing team.

You’ll be the voice of our brand – helping clients dream big, select the perfect rentals, and make their events unforgettable. 🎉

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and chat — and turn them into happy clients
• Educate clients on our rentals, packages, and services
• Support clients through every step of the event planning process
• Update and manage the sales CRM/database
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports
• Help create and improve email templates, follow-up sequences, and client communications
• Conduct market research and share insights with the team
• Provide exceptional service, every time!

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in sales, customer service, or account management (preferably U.S. market)
• Fluent English speaker and writer (C1/C2 required)
• Strong communication skills – you know how to connect with people
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
• Experience with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and VoIP systems
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple clients at once
• Available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours
