Job Details:

We are seeking an engineer to report to the engineering manager for Global Money Movement. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our company’s expansion efforts into Latin America and collaborating with teams across the US timezone. This role requires working directly with external partners to integrate their systems with our platform, and you will also collaborate with multiple internal teams. Additionally, you'll need to adapt quickly, as we work with a wide range of collaborators and move fast in the expansion space. You will be using modern technologies like Java, Go (Golang), Spring Boot, and cloud environments to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role.

You Will:

  • Integrate systems with external partners: Collaborate directly with partners across Latin America and the US to integrate their platforms with our systems, aligning both technical and business needs.
  • Work with global teams: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including those in India, to ensure the smooth implementation of partner integrations. This may require adjusting your schedule to accommodate early or late meetings.
  • Learn and adapt quickly: Navigate the fast-paced world of partner integrations, where our expansion strategy involves working with a diverse set of collaborators, each with unique requirements.
  • Build impactful solutions: Participate in the development and implementation of products that solve critical challenges, using distributed systems and cloud development expertise.
  • Design: Contribute to the brainstorming and technical design of cutting-edge services with a focus on data-driven and customer-centric approaches.
  • Craft with pride: Ensure that the solutions you build are of the highest quality, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with product managers and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver scalable, high-quality products.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of relevant software development experience.
  • Proficiency in Java, Go, and Spring Boot or similar.
  • Experience deploying code in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Experience working in the payments space is preferred.
  • Understanding of basic web development concepts, such as RESTful APIs, HTTP protocol, and database management.
  • A fast learner who can adapt to new challenges and a dynamic partner integration environment.
  • The ability to adjust your schedule to accommodate early morning or late evening meetings as needed.
  • English and Spanish fluency is a MUST.
