What You Will Do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate MongoDB and other data layers to ensure performance and scalability.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Participate in designing backend architecture for efficient processing and data management.
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and backend development best practices.

What You Will Need

  • 2+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in using Docker for containerization.
  • Fluency in English or Spanish at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of handling complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Proactive ownership mentality: accountable and willing to take on responsibility beyond your immediate role.
  • Availability to work aligned with the US East Coast time zone.
