What You’ll Do
- Understand and define complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and delivery of solutions.
- Drive continuous process improvements across projects and teams.
- Define, document, and manage functional requirements, user stories, use cases, business cases, and BRDs. Engage stakeholders through effective communication, elicitation of requirements, and impactful presentations.
Qualifications and requirements
- You must reside in Chile or Colombia
- Advanced english skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- Understanding of how a Scrum team operates, including the creation and management of user stories and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Ability to define and understand business needs clearly and translate them into functional requirements.

- Analytical Thinking: Business process modeling, root cause analysis
- Communication: Stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, presentation skills
- Documentation: Business cases, user stories, use cases, BRDs
- Problem Solving : Gap analysis, SWOT analysis, decision modeling
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry standards, business operations, and best practices
- Tools: MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, BPM tools, Tableau/Power BI (for data insights)
