Project/Team Context
You will join a dynamic product team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software components that support AI-driven interview coaching, analytics, and user feedback workflows. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA to iteratively improve performance, reliability, and usability across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that meets product requirements and quality standards.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback to inform iterative improvements and new features.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional team to deliver high-impact features and products.
  • Provide code documentation and contribute to technical documentation and design reviews.
  • Support continuous improvement by researching alternatives and new technologies and presenting them for architectural review.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance, reliability, and user experience.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience, ideally in a Software Engineer role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with numerical data and deriving insights.
  • Self-starter with resilience and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with AI/ML concepts or AI-powered product development.
  • Familiarity with modern web/mobile tech stacks, testing methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver who embraces feedback and continuous learning.
