Target Test Prep (TTP) is the leading innovative test prep company that has been helping students earn top scores on the GMAT, GRE, and EA for more than a decade. We’re revolutionizing the way students study for standardized exams

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to help us create and refine the experience of our test prep products. You’ll work across the full design process — from early wireframes to polished UI — and collaborate closely with product, content, and engineering teams. This role is hands-on and creative, with plenty of room to grow and the potential to step into a lead role in the near future.

This job is original from Get on Board.

Job functions

  • Create flows, wireframes and prototypes with strong aesthetics in mind and own the design process.
  • Be able to provide direction to UI designers and junior UX designers.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to the platform, not only in reaction to request.
  • Present design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency across platforms by maintaining and evolving our design system.
  • Rely on qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions.
  • Provide clearly defined specs and interaction guidelines to the Development team.
  • Work closely and autonomously with Developers and Product Managers to test and review online product enhancements to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Step outside the design realm when appropriate to contribute to the team and overall company mission.
  • When necessary, provide direction and feedback to other designers, helping raise the overall bar of our design work.

Qualifications and requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex user-centered product design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (our main tool).
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Comfortable mentoring or collaborating with other designers.
  • Great communication and storytelling skills.
  • Optional but ideal: experience leading design initiatives and owning team-wide design outcomes.
