• Monitor: Watch for brand mentions and feedback, responding in a friendly, professional way.
• Optimize: Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Coordinate: Work closely with our team to align Reddit efforts with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Reddit’s culture, rules, and best practices.
• Strong writing skills and an authentic, helpful tone.
• Interest in remote work trends.
• Ability to self-manage in a remote setting.
