  • Experience working with SAP HEC (HANA Enterprise Cloud), SAP S/4HANA or comparable cloud SAP solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of infrastructure operations supporting SAP landscapes such as networks, interfaces, and load balancers (especially related to TLO – Tenant Landscape Operation).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills capable of diagnosing complex technical problems and developing comprehensive solutions.
  • Experience managing SAP migrations from on-premise systems to the cloud, as well as cloud-to-cloud or cross-datacenter migrations.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Soft skills including adaptability, initiative, commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and processes are highly valued.

Desirable Qualifications

Additional skills and experiences that would be advantageous include:
  • Cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure know-how
  • Knowledge of/certification in one of Azure, AWS or GCP fundamentals
  • Experience with Migration, Upgrade projects esp. on S/4H Cloud
  • Knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals, ITIL, Lean Fundamentals is a plus
  • knowing any of the native languages on the top of it is an added advantage (Spanish/portugese)

Principales Funciones:

  1. Supervisar el análisis, desarrollo de procesos y el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos de consolidación contable, garantizando la adherencia a normativas internas y legales para contribuir a la toma de decisiones.
  2. Apoyar y guiar a los analistas y administrativos asignados en el desarrollo de sus labores, asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento normativo.
  3. Generar informes de estados financieros, FECUS y estados de flujo de efectivo de las unidades de negocios, coordinando el envío de información relevante para la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos:

  • Título de Contador Auditor (excluyente).
  • Excel avanzado (excluyente).
  • SAP en nivel intermedio, preferentemente avanzado.
  • Al menos 4 años de experiencia en áreas contables, idealmente como Senior en Auditoría o como Analista Contable (excluyente).

Deseables:

Valeria adicional será tener experiencia en ambientes multinacionales y buen manejo de herramientas de gestión, así como habilidades en la preparación y análisis de informes complejos. Se valorarán competencias como la capacidad de trabajo en equipo y el liderazgo en proyectos.
