Principales responsabilidades
- Redactar artículos especializados, publicaciones para redes sociales (especialmente LinkedIn) y materiales para eventos, orientados a atraer y fidelizar a audiencias objetivo.
- Liderar iniciativas de prensa, coordinar el relacionamiento con medios de comunicación, y gestionar la difusión de mensajes institucionales.
- Coordinar proyectos editoriales con equipos multidisciplinarios internos, garantizando la ejecución en plazo y calidad esperada.
- Asegurar la coherencia en tono, estilo y mensajes en todas las piezas y canales de comunicación.
- Implementar estrategias SEO y GEO para optimizar la visibilidad orgánica de los contenidos en motores de búsqueda.
Perfil y experiencia requerida
Buscamos a una persona con formación en periodismo o comunicación, con al menos un año de experiencia laboral en gestión de contenidos, preferentemente en sectores B2B, tecnológicos o de software como servicio (SaaS).
Es fundamental tener sólidas habilidades en redacción, edición y storytelling, con capacidad para simplificar temas técnicos y generar contenido atractivo y didáctico.
Esperamos que tengas conocimientos prácticos en herramientas analíticas y de optimización de contenido como Google Analytics, Semrush u otras plataformas similares.
La fluidez para trabajar en equipos colaborativos y multidisciplinarios es clave, así como un marcado interés por los temas vinculados a datos, inteligencia artificial y transformación digital.
Habilidades y conocimientos deseables
- Experiencia previa en la gestión de contenidos en empresas de tecnología o consultoría digital.
- Conocimientos básicos o intermedios en SEO avanzado y marketing digital.
- Capacidad para producir contenidos multiformato, incluyendo videos o podcasts.
- Familiaridad con relaciones públicas y gestión de prensa técnica.
- Conocimiento del mercado latinoamericano y sus particularidades en comunicación tecnológica.
- Cursos o certificaciones en análisis de datos, marketing digital o escritura técnica.

Funciones del cargo
- Define and coordinate testing strategy in SAP ALM (SIT, UAT, Regression).
- Lead planning and execution of cutover from B1 to S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Manage dependencies between Finance, SCM, Sales, and BTP.
- Ensure validation of critical scenarios before Go-Live.
- Coordinate incident management during Hypercare.
- Report status to the Head of SAP.
Requerimientos del cargo
- +8 years of experience in Testing and Cutover in SAP projects.
- Experience in SAP ALM (test cases, defect management, dashboards).
- At least 1 SAP B1 → S/4HANA Public Cloud migration project.
- SAP certification in Testing/ALM or Cutover Management (mandatory).
- Intermediate English and native Spanish.
- Location in Latin America, available during regional working hours.
- Basic knowledge of Jira.
