• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting
  
  

• 5 years of relevant experience as Manager
  
  

• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial reports, including interpretation of variances and per capita cost analysis.
• Propose proactive improvements based on the analyses conducted.
• Maintain constant communication with teams in the United States to report financial analyses and their implications.
• Determine and control budgets, ensuring proper management.
• Prepare monthly forecasts to anticipate financial trends and adjust strategies as necessary.
  
  

• Solid experience in financial results analysis, beyond basic accounting.
• Demonstrated skills in budget management and control, ensuring proper administration.
• Advanced level of Excel. Knowledge in Power BI is highly desired.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with multinational groups.
