The Opportunity: The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost and contract management for construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across the Club’s facilities. Duties And Functions

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Work in a fully remote environment and virtually engage with company and team in your daily work.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on entire scope of QI measures, services, customers and quality initiatives under various commercial and governmental payers.

¿Cuál es el desafío?

La posición tendrá como misión diseñar, liderar e implementar el modelo de gobernanza médicoeconómica del gasto médico, asegurando una gestión activa, preventiva y basada en datos del uso de servicios de salud. El rol tiene como objetivo identificar, analizar, intervenir y gestionar los drivers del gasto médico, promoviendo acciones correctivas y preventivas que permitan mejorar el resultado técnico del negocio, sin deteriorar la calidad médica ni la experiencia del afiliado. Para lograrlo, deberá monitorear tasas de uso, analizar comportamientos de afiliados y prestadores, diseñar estrategias de intervención prestacional y asegurar su implementación y seguimiento dentro del sistema. Este rol combinará análisis y gestión activa, liderando intervenciones y su implementación en conjunto con otras áreas.

  • Diseñar y liderar el modelo de gestión médico-económica del gasto médico.
  • Monitorear tasas de uso y patrones prestacionales.
  • Identificar patrones de comportamiento médico y de prestadores.
  • Gestionar el comportamiento prestacional, especialmente en el ámbito ambulatorio.
  • Diseñar, liderar, implementar y dar seguimiento a intervenciones médico-económicas.
  • Generar eficiencias estructurales y sostenibles en el sistema prestacional.
  • Analizar, gestionar y articular la utilización de servicios por parte de afiliados.

Alcance y gobernanza:

Esta posición dependerá de la Gerencia General, manteniendo independencia de la Gerencia de Prestaciones Médicas. Tendrá la responsabilidad de identificar desvíos, proponer intervenciones y liderar el seguimiento de su implementación e impacto, con foco en la mejora del resultado técnico del negocio.

Objetivos estratégicos

  • Implementar modelos de gestión activa en las principales líneas clínicas.
  • Gestionar los principales drivers del gasto médico (tasas de utilización, episodios de atención y comportamiento prestacional).
  • Generar eficiencias sostenibles en el sistema prestacional.
  • Mejorar la previsibilidad del gasto médico, reduciendo la volatilidad asociada a variaciones en patrones de utilización y práctica médica.
  • Actuario, Economista, Lic. en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Deseable posgrado en economía de la salud, gestión sanitaria, finanzas o afines.

Experiencia:

  • +5 años en gestión o control del gasto en salud (deseable).
  • Experiencia en análisis de bases de alto volumen.
  • Experiencia en modelos de gestión médica o auditoría clínica.
  • Conocimiento del sistema prestacional y convenios médicos.

What We Do

The Title Assistant job family applies to a wide range of administrative or support duties that broadly support residential, commercial and/or industrial title processes. Collates and gathers information, responds to inquiries, and reviews and validates the accuracy and completeness of data. Provides customer service to external clients and field escrow offices. This role may be found in a production center, branch office, or as part of a title team. May act in a liaison role and work with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process. May also be in a specialized support role that supports the title process.

Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you are responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to assigned executive leaders. We are hiring a Senior Database Reliability Engineer to join the Infrastructure DBA cell. This is a hands-on production ownership role, not a narrow ticket-processing DBA position. You will keep critical database services reliable, automate repeated work, support engineering teams, and reduce single-person dependency in our PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis operations.

PostgreSQL is the main requirement. ClickHouse experience is a strong plus, but it is not a day-one blocker. We need a senior engineer with enough database, Linux, automation, and incident-response depth to learn our ClickHouse environment quickly and operate it safely.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own production PostgreSQL reliability: HA design, Patroni, PgBouncer, replication, failover, upgrades, vacuum/bloat control, query tuning, locks, indexes, capacity, backups, PITR, and restore validation.
  • Improve disaster recovery and operational evidence: tested restores, documented recovery paths, measurable RTO/RPO targets, runbooks, and safe maintenance plans.
  • Support the wider database estate: ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis. You will troubleshoot incidents, review access and data-safety changes, improve monitoring, and learn the production ClickHouse patterns already in use.
  • Automate DBA workflows with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, scripts, and reproducible runbooks for provisioning, grants, backups, restores, health checks, and ownership metadata.
  • Help build DBaaS-style self-service capabilities so engineering teams can request databases, access, credentials, and operational checks with less manual DBA intervention.
  • Improve observability and incident response through Grafana, metrics, logs, SLOs, alert rules, Opsgenie routing, and clear communication during production issues.

📋 Descripción General

Editor de video enfocado en producción cinematográfica con IA, responsable de crear contenido narrativo de alta calidad utilizando herramientas generativas. El rol abarca todo el proceso, desde la conceptualización hasta la entrega final.


📋 Responsabilidades Principales

• Crear contenido audiovisual narrativo utilizando IA.

• Gestionar procesos completos de producción (prompting, generación, edición).

• Trabajar con pipelines de ComfyUI y herramientas de generación.

• Mantener coherencia visual en personajes y escenas.

• Integrar motion graphics y corrección de color.

• Experimentar con nuevas herramientas y optimizar workflows.


🎯 Requisitos

• 4–6+ años en edición de video, VFX o arte digital.

• Experiencia avanzada con ComfyUI y Stable Diffusion.

• Manejo de herramientas de video con IA.

• Conocimiento de storytelling y lenguaje cinematográfico.

• Inglés fluido y trabajo autónomo.

• Comodidad trabajando con contenido NSFW.


Plus

• Experiencia en storytelling con IA o filmmaking.

• Conocimiento en 3D, VFX o fine-tuning de modelos.
