Key Responsibilities

As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the quality and reliability of our web-based applications. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using appropriate tools.
  • Performing manual and automated testing, focusing on functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Utilizing SQL for database validation and Postman for API testing.
  • Participating in release planning and reviews to provide input on quality and risk assessments.

Required Skills and Experience

To be considered for the Senior QA Analyst position, candidates must possess:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in testing web-based applications.
  • ISTQB certification, validating your proficiency in testing standards.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with the team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
  • The ability to work independently while fostering a spirit of teamwork.

Desirable Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will be advantageous:
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or BlazeMeter.
  • Experience with Accessibility testing to ensure our products are user-friendly for everyone.
  • Proficiency in the Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Hands-on experience with TestRail and SoapUI.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium for more efficient testing.
