Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to gather and interpret information about potential prospects, contributing to deal closures.
- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound cold calling to identify and qualify target accounts.
- Schedule initial prospect meetings and transition qualified leads to the Sales Team for follow-up and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospecting activities in Salesforce.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to address objections and maximize customer interactions, showcasing the value of StormWind’s offerings.

Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or similar roles, particularly involving cold calling or prospecting.
- Fluency in English: ideally C1 or C2 proficiency for engaging clients and internal teams in the U.S. and Canada.
- Strong time-management skills to effectively navigate a remote work environment.
- A genuine passion for sales, relationship building, and making a meaningful contribution to team success.
- Desire for personal growth: enthusiastic about learning new techniques and continuously developing sales skills.
- Reliable internet connection: minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is essential for using necessary tools.
