We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer to drive growth for our newly launched CFD broker in the LATAM market, starting with Colombia. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid media campaigns primarily through Google Ads and Meta Ads, with the ultimate goal of increasing deposits and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns to drive deposits.
  • Set up and manage media buying infrastructure, including account creation and budget management.
  • Conduct thorough campaign analysis, continuously optimizing performance to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to identify performance insights and implement improvements.
  • Run systematic A/B tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure high-quality, compliant ad creatives are delivered on schedule.
  • Implement and maintain effective tracking solutions (Binom, Voluum, Google Tag Manager, etc.).

Qualifications and requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in media buying within the Forex/Trading vertical, with a proven track record of positive deposit P&L.
  • Strong proficiency in managing paid advertising platforms (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
  • Experience setting up and managing tracking and attribution platforms (Binom, Voluum, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and translating it into actionable strategies.
  • English proficiency at B1+ level (capable of handling international communications).

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with LATAM market traffic strongly preferred.
