NVE Homes is seeking a highly motivated experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. This role involves repetitive work each day doing outbound calls to a large list of property owners following our script, generating and qualifying leads per company policy, and live transferring all qualified leads to the acquisitions team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 year of experience in real estate cold calling, strong communication skills, and has a cold call killer mindset.


Responsibilities:


  • [Responsibilities go here]Generate a minimum of 8-12 leads per day via live transfers to an acquisition specialist to increase sales
  • Pre-qualify leads based on seller motivation and price expectations
  • If a live transfer is not completed, ability to set up appointments for live transfers to an acquisition specialist
  • Make 500–600 outbound calls per day to potential sellers on a 4-line dialer system to
  • Follow a proven cold calling script while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
  • Follow up with warm leads consistently to nurture relationships
  • Build rapport with potential clients, gather desired property selling price, and help overcome objections to generate more sales
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
  • Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems /technologies
  • Attend weekly and daily trainings as required
  • Log call details, notes, and lead status of hot leads in the CRM system

 

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English with a neutral accent
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern)
  • Reliable high-speed internet & a quiet home workspace
  • Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)
  • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to serve and add value
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to live transfer qualified leads or schedule appointments to a live transfer over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Someone who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur
