Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offering to deliver compelling pitches and tailored solutions.
- Qualify leads and coordinate handoffs with the sales team to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of all business development activities using CRM tools.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and contribute ideas to optimize business development processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or similar growth-focused roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging executives and decision-makers.
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and ownership.
- Comfortable conducting outreach and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Highly organized and goal-oriented, capable of managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM platforms for tracking and managing sales pipelines.
- Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments.
