Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor field technicians to ensure jobs are completed correctly and within the designated timeframe.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues affecting job completion or adherence to quality standards.
- Manage fleet maintenance, including arranging vehicle and equipment servicing and repairs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections on vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance and operational safety.
- Collaborate closely with the billing department to identify and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
- Address customer concerns and disputes professionally to maintain positive relationships.
- Provide support across multiple markets as operational demands require, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively across teams and customers.
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to respond promptly to communications, particularly emails, within 15-20 minute windows.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Previous experience in dispatching, coordination, or related fields is preferred to ensure familiarity with operational processes.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience working within utility or field technician environments would be advantageous. Familiarity with fleet management software and safety compliance protocols is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to a remote work setting, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams will enhance success in this role.
