gener8tor is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing team. This person will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics and visual content that align with our brand and marketing goals. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Visual & Brand Designer to produce engaging visuals for our website, marketing campaigns, events, and other communication materials. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity, innovation, and technical expertise to our graphic design efforts.

This person will report to the VP of Business Development and work closely with the Visual & Brand Designer. They will also collaborate with product line leaders to support our various programs, including OnRamp Conference, gBETA Pre-Accelerators, gener8tor Investment Accelerators, Skills Accelerators, and our Creative Music. The Senior Graphic Designer will contribute to the overall creative strategy and ensure the timely execution of design projects.

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design
• Portfolio of extensive designs used in successful marketing campaigns
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Keynote
• Experience with both print and digital media
• Strong creativity and innovation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, design, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience operating in Squarespace (preferred)
• Website design experience (a plus)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter
