What You’ll Do:

  • Create motion graphics for digital ads, social content, product explainers, and branding materials.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and animate engaging visual stories.
  • Maintain high quality and consistency in animations, refining work based on feedback.
  • Organize and manage editable project files for efficient production handoffs.
  • Work effectively across global time zones within an async-friendly, collaborative workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation.
  • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, along with strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
  • Solid understanding of typography, pacing, transitions, and visual rhythm to create compelling stories.
  • Ability to follow and enhance visual brand guidelines with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with international teams.
  • Reliable and capable technical setup including a laptop/desktop, 720p+ webcam, clear audio equipment, and stable internet connection.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience designing for SaaS companies, creative agencies, or product-focused teams.
  • Are familiar with tools such as Canva, Figma animations, or Lottie for motion design.
  • Bring positive energy and a good sense of humor (memes included!) to team communication channels like Slack.
  • Have an impressive showreel that showcases your ability to capture and hold attention.
