Wolf is seeking a detail-oriented, curious, and resourceful Lead Generation & Data Specialist to help us fuel growth by identifying and managing the right opportunities. In this role, you’ll combine research skills and data management expertise to identify high-quality prospects, keep our CRM in top shape, and provide the actionable intelligence our Sales and Marketing teams need to connect with the right people at the right time.

You'll play a key role driving outbound pipeline growth by generating and enriching lead data, and maintaining lead hygiene. Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing, you’ll own building robust outreach-ready lists, maintain our CRM (Salesforce), and provide actionable intelligence to fuel targeted campaigns and outreach strategies. If you thrive on digging into data, spotting patterns, and delivering results that directly drive revenue, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Prospecting: Identify target leads and contacts using web, database, and social research (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo).
  • Data Enrichment & Maintenance: Clean, verify, and enrich lead records—ensuring accuracy in titles, emails, company info, and contact data.
  • Database Management: Manage Salesforce—ensure data is properly tagged, segmented, and up to date.
  • Lead Qualification: Score leads against defined ICP criteria; tag and route highest priority to inform Sales and Marketing motions.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report key metrics (e.g., lead volume, conversion rates, database growth). Provide insights to improve strategy.
  • Competitive & Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, target sectors, and competitor insights to continuously refine prospecting lists.

What You’ll Bring

  • Above all else you are a spreadsheet guru: you’re a true Excel/Google Sheets power user, adept at building formulas, pivot tables, and complex data models.
  • 2+ years experience in lead generation, sales support, or CRM/data operations.
  • Strong researcher mindset with attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM platforms and data enrichment tools.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related;
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or staffing/tech sectors.
  • Advanced English
