Job Details:

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our core data layer, ensuring clean, accurate, and actionable datasets to support our finance, sales, and RevOps teams.

This role is focused on managing, enriching, and automating large datasets across Salesforce and other systems, driving efficiency and supporting a sales team focused on upscale luxury hotels and event spaces. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.

This position plays a key role in enabling the team to identify and connect with the right contacts, streamline operations, and ensure the accuracy of customer and account records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage core datasets across Salesforce and related systems, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and actionable.
  • Identify and enrich target contacts for the sales team to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Build, maintain, and improve automated processes for data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and RevOps teams to deliver high-quality, reliable datasets.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for data integrity and privacy.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and optimizing data workflows.
  • Salesforce expertise, with a deep understanding of data structures and reporting.
  • Experience with Clay (or similar data enrichment tools), ideally as a power user.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on automation and process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting sales teams, particularly in hospitality, luxury, or events industries.
  • Background in RevOps, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
  • Experience with data pipeline automation and integration across multiple tools.
