Treehouse Holdings is building a portfolio of tech-enabled service brands. Opus, our staffing firm, connects top LatAm talent with U.S. home-services companies. We need an operator who can own day-to-day execution: front-line with clients, guiding candidates, and keeping recruiters accountable.
You’ll be the face of Opus for our clients and candidates - someone who builds trust, moves fast, and sweats the details so nothing falls through the cracks. This role sits at the intersection of talent placement, operations management, and client success, enabling us to scale while maintaining exceptional standards in service delivery.

What you’ll do
- Client coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, schedule interviews, share updates, resolve issues, and protect service-level agreements.
- Recruiter management: Align on requisitions, candidate availability, wage structures, and timelines to optimize placement velocity.
- Candidate experience: Guide onboarding and offboarding, with check-ins at weeks 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Pipeline control: Maintain and advance ATS stages, make decisive decisions on submissions, and prevent bottlenecks.
- Quality & compliance: Ensure accurate communication of client-facing rates and internal wages, and uphold data integrity.
- Reporting: Create and share weekly scorecards covering openings, submissions, interviews, offers, starts, retention, and NPS.
What we’re looking for (Must Haves)
- 3+ years in recruiting/staffing ops or client account management.
- Experienced in ATS ownership (Workable/Breezy/Lever/Greenhouse).
- Detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple moving pieces.
- Fluent in English (C1+), polished presence on video.
- Comfortable working U.S. Eastern hours.
Desirable
Experience working as a recruiter in a staffing firm. Strong analytical skills and drive continuous improvement. Familiarity with salary benchmarking and compensation structures in the US market. Proactive communication style, collaborative mindset, and ability to influence without authority.
