About the Role
- Serve as a Salesforce Architect/Consultant with a strong focus on Health Cloud to design scalable, compliant healthcare Salesforce solutions for US-based clients.
- Lead architectural discussions, design end-to-end solutions, and provide expert guidance on Health Cloud, Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, translate business needs into technical designs, and drive integration strategies with external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (presentation to executives, solution design, and integration architecture) to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and review architecture blueprints, data models, security models, and integration patterns (APIs, middleware, ETL) tailored to healthcare environments.
- Mentor junior architects/consultants, support presales activities, and contribute to governance and best practices within the practice.
Requirements
What we’re looking for: A proven Salesforce Architect/Consultant with extensive Health Cloud experience, capable of shaping complex healthcare solutions for US clients. You should demonstrate:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect/Consultant with Health Cloud in healthcare or life sciences projects.
- Expertise across Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proven ability to design solutions, run client workshops, and manage integrations with external systems and data sources.
- Solid understanding of healthcare data standards, interoperability, security, and compliance considerations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (conversational–advanced) and the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Based in LATAM with readiness to work in a 100% remote capacity.
Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (Health Cloud, Architect) and prior US healthcare or life sciences project experience.
Desirable
Relevant Salesforce certifications (Health Cloud, Architect) and hands-on experience delivering Salesforce health IT solutions for US clients. Demonstrated ability to navigate regulatory considerations in healthcare projects and a track record of successful, client-facing engagements.
