Job Details:

We are looking for a Website Management/CMS Help Desk Specialist to provide CMS support services on an ongoing basis. As part of the Digital Experience team, your responsibilities will include: support on our web and CMS platform, live matchday support and no-code page and section management on our various sites. (There will be no content creation or publishing).

Responsibilities:

  • CMS and Web Platform training: Complete comprehensive training on our CMS and related technologies that power our websites.
  • CMS and Web Platform Support:
    • Respond quickly to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by staff on the CMS or web platform
    • Build and maintain a knowledge base of common questions and solutions
  • On-call live match support:
    • Monitor websites and active Slack channels during live match periods
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues reported by staff
    • Escalate to technology partners or staff should any major issue occur
  • Create and manage new pages and sections on company websites:
    • Use existing no-code tools to create new pages + sections (direction and content will be provided)
    • Update navigation and page templates on sites
  • Provide prompt, detailed, and professional technical communication

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with modern CMS + website management systems
  • 2+ years of experience with WordPress
  • Previous experience in digital media, digital sports media, or customer service roles is a plus
  • High comprehension skills and fast-learner in dynamic environments
  • Technical background preferred but not required
  • Experience with Slack or similar communication tool
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in English with stakeholders
  • Ability to complete training and demonstrate mastery of the technology platform before providing support
  • Advanced level of English (read/written/spoken)
  • Great writing skills
  • Willing to work a unique schedule that includes a combination of standard business hours Monday to Friday and evening/night hours (Eastern Time) Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday, for a total of 40 hours a week
