Instead, you will leverage your accounting expertise to help design, validate, and train AI systems that will transform financial workflows.

You will collaborate with both accounting and engineering teams, ensuring that real-world accounting logic is accurately reflected in the next generation of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate financial records and simulated transactions to train AI models.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to translate accounting rules into technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets and templates for testing accounting scenarios.
  • Contribute to defining best practices for AI-driven accounting automation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (e.g., reconciliations, reporting, financial analysis).
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
  • Clear and concise written communication.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with technology teams or financial automation tools.
  • Interest in innovation, process automation, and AI-driven solutions.

Benefits:

  • A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
