Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Líder de Reclutamiento IT para sumarse a nuestro equipo y liderar el proceso completo de contratación de perfiles tecnológicos en toda la región. Buscamos una persona proactiva, resolutiva y con habilidades de liderazgo, capaz de coordinar un equipo de reclutadores y cerrar procesos de forma ágil y eficaz.

✨ Responsabilidades

• Dirigir y coordinar al equipo de reclutamiento para cubrir vacantes IT en LATAM.
• Gestionar procesos end-to-end: desde la solicitud hasta el cierre exitoso de cada posición.
• Colaborar estrechamente con RR.HH. y Operaciones para alinear estrategias y objetivos.
• Mantener y nutrir una base sólida de talentos tecnológicos.
• Resolver desafíos en tiempo real, tomando decisiones efectivas de forma autónoma.
• Asegurar una excelente experiencia para clientes y candidatos.

✅ Requisitos

• Experiencia comprobada en reclutamiento de perfiles IT (desarrolladores, QA, DevOps, etc.).
• Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
• Habilidad para liderar, guiar y motivar equipos de reclutamiento.
• Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera autónoma y rápida.
• Experiencia gestionando múltiples procesos de selección en simultáneo.
• Excelentes habilidades de organización y comunicación.

📍 Location: Remote (LATAM)

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CDT (Flexible)

💰 Salary: $1,500 USD/month + $50 commission per placement + extra performance bonus
