Colaborar con los Arquitectos de Solución en la etapa de diseño de proyectos de implementación de complejidad media y alta.
Liderar la etapa de diseño de la solución en proyectos de baja complejidad. Liderar al equipo de consultores durante las etapas de construcción, preparación para producción, Go Live y estabilización.
Esta responsabilidad incluye la planificación, coordinación y supervisión de tareas de configuración, capacitación y pruebas
Capacitar y desarrollar al equipo de consultores a su cargo. Colaborar con los Project Managers en la gobernanza de los proyectos (seguimiento y control del progreso, gestión de cambios, resolución de problemas, etc.). Contribuir a la mejora de metodologías, procesos y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
Durante los primeros 6 a 9 meses, el enfoque será en el aprendizaje de la aplicación/software mediante una modalidad de training on the job.
Se asignarán proyectos junto a Consultores Senior o Arquitectos con mayor experiencia en la empresa.
Requisitos Excluyentes: Graduados universitarios en carreras de IT (excepcionalmente en negocios como Ingeniería Industrial o Licenciatura en Administración con conocimiento técnico).
Experiencia de 3 años en implementación de software de gestión (TMS, WMS, ERP), preferentemente en soluciones de TI para logística y operaciones en empresas medianas o pequeñas.
Conocimientos Deseables: Experiencia en Supply Chain: Haber estado a cargo de procesos de Transportation Distribution (lado empresa).
Haber liderado proyectos de consultoría logística en áreas de Transportation Distribution (lado consultoría). Experiencia en proyectos regionales.
Experiencia en desarrollo de software. Inglés avanzado. Conocimientos de JIRA u otras herramientas similares.
Esquema de trabajo: Jornada laboral de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 horas con 1 hora para el almuerzo. Modelo actual de trabajo hibrido con 3 días presenciales y 2 días remoto (home office). Se podrá negociar en el futuro algún cambio en este esquema.
Disponibilidad para visitas frecuentes a clientes y viajes locales e internacionales según se requieran. Colaborar con los Arquitectos de Solución en la etapa de diseño de proyectos de implementación de complejidad media y alta.
