The Technical Marketing Writer will be responsible for creating compelling, accurate, and accessible B2B communication and content that spans both documentation and marketing materials. This includes owning and improving our public-facing online documentation, and ensuring it is best-in-class. The writer will also develop technical content to support our sales and marketing efforts. Como CRM Specialist, serás responsable de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias que fortalezcan la relación con nuestros usuarios, mejorando su experiencia, retención y fidelización a través de automatizaciones, campañas y análisis de datos.

Requerimientos del cargo
