Within this innovative environment, the Social Media Manager / Integrated Growth Marketer will be embedded in the marketing team, focusing on expanding and enhancing the company's digital presence through strategic and hands-on management of social media channels, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
In this role, you will take full ownership of Oevra's organic social media strategy on Instagram and LinkedIn, evolving it to drive growth and engagement. Your focus will be on maintaining a steady, elevated publishing rhythm across both social channels while enhancing audience growth through strategic execution.
We are looking for a strategic executor with 4+ years of experience in social media management and/or growth marketing. You should have a deep understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn platforms, including how to tailor tone, format, and content strategy to maximize engagement and growth. Clear and concise communication skills are essential, along with strong visual and editorial instincts to ensure content is both consistent and compelling.
You are attentive to social sensitivity and current events, able to make informed judgment calls that reflect the brand’s values and audience expectations. You thrive working independently within a small, dynamic team environment, demonstrating reliability and collaboration. Comfort operating in EST or European time zones is preferred, and while U.S. work authorization is a bonus, it is not required.
This is a freelance, part-time position, offering an hourly rate or monthly retainer fee commensurate with your experience and skill set. The initial commitment is approximately 15-20 hours per week.
