Funciones del cargo
Buscamos un(a) desarrollador(a) Full Stack talentoso(a) con experiencia comprobable en Flutter y PHP Laravel para integrarse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo. El rol tiene como objetivo diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web y móviles eficientes y de alto rendimiento, que aporten valor a nuestros clientes.
Las principales responsabilidades incluyen:
- Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones móviles utilizando Flutter para plataformas iOS, Android y Huawei.
- Gestionar la publicación de aplicaciones en las tiendas oficiales (App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery).
- Colaborar activamente con el equipo de desarrollo para diseñar e implementar nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras.
- Desarrollar, mantener y optimizar aplicaciones web basadas en PHP Laravel, asegurando calidad y estabilidad.
- Participar en la resolución de incidencias técnicas, pruebas unitarias y de integración, y optimización del rendimiento del software.
Requerimientos del cargo
Buscamos un(a) profesional con experiencia comprobada en desarrollo móvil y web, que domine las siguientes tecnologías y habilidades:
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones móviles con Flutter, con fuerte conocimiento de su ecosistema y buenas prácticas de UI/UX.
- Al menos 4 años de experiencia desarrollando con PHP usando el framework Laravel, con capacidad para construir aplicaciones web escalables, seguras y mantenibles.
- Experiencia en el uso de Docker para virtualización y despliegue de entornos de desarrollo.
- Dominio del control de versiones con GitHub para colaborar de manera eficiente y ordenada en equipos ágiles.
- Conocimiento sólido sobre diseño y experiencia de usuario para interfaces intuitivas y atractivas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa, fomentando un ambiente de comunicación efectiva y buena coordinación en equipo.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas, atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad del código.

- Experiencia trabajando con Laravel Backpack para acelerar el desarrollo de paneles administrativos.
- Experiencia previa publicando aplicaciones en las tiendas oficiales de iOS y Google Play, incluyendo el manejo de procesos de revisión y distribución.
