We are seeking a talented Lead Frontend Engineer with expertise in React and React Native to join our Nisum team in Chile or Colombia. The ideal candidate will work as part of a client team based in the USA, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain the web & app experiences. This role offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional user experiences while contributing to a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces using React and React Native.
• Guide other team members in the planning and estimation processes
• Perform code reviews and ensure the delivery of the team goals
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
• Enhance existing functionality in the app & web flows.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable and mobile-capable devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring application stability and a high-quality user experience.

• Must reside in Chile or Colombia
• Leadership, communication and commitment
• 4-8 years of professional experience in React and React Native development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and frontend development tools.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility.

• Experience with performance optimization techniques for React Native applications.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience with tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Metro Bundler.

Buscamos a un Desarrollador Front End para célula Mobile, que dentro de un equipo Scrum, será responsable de la definición, desarrollo y operación de las soluciones digitales para proyectos de innovación y revolución digital de la compañía, respondiendo a las necesidades del negocio.

• Ser parte de un equipo ágil trabajando con Scrum como Developer Front End Mobile.
• Refinar junto con el equipo las funcionalidades a trabajar por el equipo.
• Evaluar el esfuerzo técnico de las funcionalidades.
• Desarrollar las pruebas unitarias de cada funcionalidad (Unit test) siguiendo los estándares y definiciones del equipo.
• Interactuar constantemente con roles y áreas involucradas en el desarrollo del producto, como UX, UI, Product Owner, etc. para lograr el mejor resultado.

• 2 años de experiencia como Desarrollador Front End Mobile.
• Conocimiento en React Native.
• Conocimiento de librerías de testing mobile.
• Conocimientos en NodeJS.
• Experiencia trabajando con APIs REST.
• Experiencia en el uso de Git.
