Job Details:

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help lead the charge on building scalable, modern systems that support interoperability, speed, and reliability.

If you're passionate about delivering clean, scalable code and contributing to systems that matter, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern, Full-Stack applications that serve healthcare professionals and institutions. You'll work with a talented team to integrate healthcare standards like HL7/FHIR and ensure the systems are performant, maintainable, and built for the long term.

You’ll be responsible for owning features end-to-end — from architecture and Backend services in Java/Node.js to responsive frontend components built in Angular v18. You’ll work closely with the DevOps, QA, and Product teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop scalable Full-Stack applications with a strong focus on Frontend and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Backends.
  • Build and maintain backend services primarily using Node.js; familiarity with Spring Boot and Hibernate is a plus.
  • Develop responsive, modern UIs using Angular v18, TypeScript, and occasionally Thymeleaf.
  • Integrate healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR.
  • Write clean, testable code using TypeScript (Frontend/Backend) and optionally JUnit (if working with Java).
  • Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless, automated deployments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to ensure scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, and uphold code quality through reviews and testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack development, with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
  • Strong experience with Node.js for Backend development.
  • Expertise in Angular v18 and modern TypeScript development.
  • Experience with templating tools like Thymeleaf is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate is a nice-to-have.
  • Solid experience with AWS and CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of HL7/FHIR standards for healthcare interoperability.
  • Strong testing mindset — using TypeScript for Frontend/Backend testing; JUnit familiarity is a bonus.
  • Comfortable using Git-based workflows (Bitbucket, GitHub).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to documentation.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, startup environments.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with healthcare applications or regulated data systems.
  • Familiarity with containerization and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or internal design systems.

Why Join?

  • Help shape a modern, healthcare-focused product from the ground up.
  • Work with a passionate team and have a direct impact on healthcare innovation.
  • Competitive compensation and opportunity for long-term growth.

Benefits:

  • A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • 10 paid days for local holidays.

Job Details:

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Golang, Node.js, and Backend infrastructure. In this role, the engineer will design and build scalable APIs and distributed systems that power the platform — while also helping shape the reliability, security, and performance of the Backend stack.

This role will be a key contributor to architectural decisions, infrastructure evolution, and engineering best practices, working closely with product, Frontend, and DevOps teams to ensure the systems are robust, maintainable, and ready to scale.

  • Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployment infrastructure.
  • Implement and monitor logging, alerting, and observability systems to ensure service health and rapid incident response.
  • Balance engineering trade-offs with business needs to deliver pragmatic, customer-focused solutions.
  • Champion best practices in Backend architecture, system security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Lead architecture reviews and propose technical improvements grounded in real-world scalability and performance.
  • Mentor engineers on Backend design patterns, infrastructure operations, and production readiness.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Backend systems are reliable, scalable, cost-efficient, and maintainable under real-world usage.
  • Infrastructure and service architecture evolves proactively to meet the needs of product growth.
  • Monitoring and observability tools are in place, actionable, and support rapid response to incidents.
  • Engineering practices are improved across the team through mentorship, reusable patterns, and thoughtful leadership.

What We Avoid:

  • Avoiding ownership of infrastructure, monitoring, or deployments.
  • Over-engineering or introducing unnecessary complexity.
  • Designing systems without regard for real-world scalability or operational cost.
  • Failing to communicate Backend changes clearly across teams.
  • Reacting to reliability issues rather than proactively preventing them.

What You Bring:

  • 5–7 years of Backend engineering experience, with deep expertise in Golang and Node.js.
  • Proven experience designing and operating production-grade Backend systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.

  • Deep understanding of modern frontend architectures, API design, and best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Job Details:

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to help connect a single video to every audience, in every language, on every major platform — with no extra work. This is not some ‘one-click’ marketing fluff. One upload is all it takes. We are building the command center for digital content — a syndication network that publishes from a single upload to any platform, in any format, in any language.

What you build here will be seen in every country on Earth.

The Role:

We’re a growing team of self-motivated engineers. The team puts in long hours not because we have to but because we care about the impact we’re generating. The goal is to do more in a week than most other teams do in a month.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to experience the adventure of being in an early stage startup. The hope is for your time here to be the most rewarding in your career. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility and the freedom to solve problems. You’ll contribute directly to the core product, working closely with other engineers, product designers, and founders to ship new features to production on a weekly basis.

In this role, you'll help design and implement full-stack solutions using Node.js, React, and TypeScript, manage end-to-end deployments, integrate third-party APIs, and contribute to platform scalability. You’ll also participate in product discussions, provide feedback on UX, and help refine technical specs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the problem and work with the engineers and designer to generate a solution.
  • Build, test, and ship full-stack features (frontend/backend/database) that solve user problems.
  • Use real user data and direct user feedback to refine and improve the product.
  • Triage and fix bugs as they arise, ensuring stability in production environments.
  • Generate proposals (through meetings, docs, and Figma) to help align the team on your solution if it’s a multi-person effort.
  • Review PRs to ensure knowledge sharing, code quality, and alignment with platform standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Node, React, and TypeScript.
  • Comfortable working across the entire stack — from building React components to writing backend APIs and interacting with the database.
  • Experience deploying your own code to cloud environments (e.g., Vercel, AWS, GCP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote environment.

Bonus:

  • Previous startup experience — having started your own or joined one before.
  • Python and some experience with implementing or deploying ML models.
  • Speaks a language other than English (and code).
  • Cloud functions, NoSQL DB.

Benefits:

  • A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • The opportunity to join a pioneering company transforming global content distribution through cutting-edge automation and multilingual technology.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • 10 paid days for local holidays.
