About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Email Designer to join our Retention team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing high-converting and visually compelling emails and SMS campaigns, ensuring they align with client branding and marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and project managers to create designs that drive engagement and performance.

Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling email campaigns and automated workflows
- Ensure all email designs follow best practices for deliverability, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to create cohesive and engaging email experiences
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients by adhering to brand guidelines
- A/B test designs to optimize performance and engagement
- Stay up to date on email marketing trends, industry best practices, and platform capabilities
- Organize and maintain creative assets for efficient workflow
- Participate in client onboardings and strategy discussions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least two years of experience designing email campaigns for DTC brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality email designs and performance-driven creative
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze design performance and make data-informed improvements

Additional Information
This is a fully remote role.
Physical Requirements
This Role is remote and requires constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copier, etc. The person in this role will need to be able to remain in a stationary position most of the time.

La empresa RUSO LENG está en proceso de selección para un/a Modelador 3D para una empresa internacional con sede en Francia, proveedora de servicios de diseño 3D para los sectores de Home & Living, Retail y Cosmética (muebles y elementos de interior).
Descripción del puesto:
- Empresa: Proveedor de servicios de diseño 3D
- Modalidad: 100% remoto
- Tipo de contrato: Freelance
- Salario: 15-30 € por modelo
- Experiencia laboral: Al menos 1 año
Requisitos:
- Conocimientos de Autodesk 3ds Max 2020-2022 y V-Ray 5 Update 1. Las licencias de software no son proporcionadas por la empresa; el trabajo se realizará exclusivamente con estos programas.
- Manejo de programas como Photoshop o Substance 3D Painter.
- Experiencia mínima de un año en un puesto similar.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y eficiente.
- Nivel intermedio en alguno de los siguientes idiomas: inglés, francés o ruso.
Funciones:
- Crear modelos 3D de muebles y elementos de interior a partir de fotografías, siguiendo especificaciones técnicas y cumpliendo con los plazos de entrega.
- Texturizar modelos 3D, configurar la iluminación y la geometría. Los archivos requeridos para la entrega son el archivo de textura y render de 3ds Max.
- Retocar imágenes y corregir imperfecciones utilizando Photoshop o Substance 3D Painter.
Condiciones:
- Trabajo 100% remoto.
- Contrato freelance.
- Tarifas de 15-30 € netos por modelo. La remuneración es proporcional al número de modelos finalizados, sin una base fija, siendo completamente variable.
- No hay límite en la cantidad de modelos que el modelador puede producir; el trabajador tiene la libertad de producir la cantidad que considere adecuada según sus necesidades y capacidades.
- Formación a cargo de la empresa.
- Posibilidad de trabajar en una empresa en pleno crecimiento a nivel internacional.
Proceso de selección: Antes de la contratación, se requiere que el candidato realice una prueba para evaluar su nivel de conocimientos. La prueba consiste en modelar un mueble utilizando 3ds Max 2020-2022 y V-Ray 5 Update 1. Esta prueba es voluntaria y no remunerada. Las pruebas son las mismas para todos los candidatos y no se utilizarán dentro de la compañía como un producto de trabajo finalizado.
