What You’ll Do:

• Sell advertising and sponsorship packages for both print and digital media.
• Develop relationships with clients, assess their needs, and create customized media mix solutions.
• Make 30+ outbound sales calls daily to potential advertisers.
• Conduct market research to generate new leads and expand our client base.
• Craft compelling sales proposals and handle contract negotiations.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying high-potential prospects.
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve sales goals. What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of outbound B2B ad sales experience, preferably in publication advertising.
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
• A goal-oriented, self-motivated attitude with strong sales acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a remote work setting.

Available shifts:

Job Responsibilities:

Account Management:

• Manage posts, stories, bulk messages, DMs, and the branding of the assigned models.
• Study the personality of your assigned model to craft engaging content strategies tailored to their unique style.

Sales Focus:

• Be proactive and result-oriented.
• Use creativity and ambition to maximize sales.

Client Relations:

• Build strong connections between the model and their subscribers through personalized content sales.
• Be open-minded about adult content and have solid persuasion skills.

Teamwork:

• Ensure effective and ethical collaboration within the team.

Job Requirements:

• Be 18 years old or older.
• Willingness to work with adult content.
• Have WhatsApp.
• Typing proficiency.
• Stable internet connection and reliable electricity.
• Writing, organizational, and sales experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1), especially written. But advanced English will be necessary for career advancement.
• Basic computer skills.
• A PC or laptop with Windows 10 (or higher) and at least 8 GB of RAM.
• Commitment and honesty.
