Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Support marketing campaigns by setting up tracking for various types of conversions, events, and user interactions. Analyse the performance data to provide insights that enhance campaign effectiveness.
Platform Audit: Conduct comprehensive audits of our current Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 setups to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, or areas of improvement.
Implementation: Lead the implementation of GTM and GA4 across our entire web platforms, ensuring that all tags, triggers, and variables are correctly set up to capture necessary data.
Maintenance: Regularly update, maintain, and optimize the GTM container and GA4 configurations to adapt to new features, changes in business requirements, or updates in the platforms.
Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to tag management, data layer, and analytics tracking, Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all marketing channels
Training & Documentation: Train internal teams on the effective use of GTM and GA4 for their day-to-day operations. Document processes, best practices, and changes made to the systems.
Compliance & Privacy: Ensure all implementations comply with data protection regulations like GDPR, and CCPA, and maintain user privacy standards.
Ownership: Own the implementation of front and back-end events and be the key specialist for investigating broken tracking; Set up processes for testing events across PMs and Devs
Documentation: Curate a data schema for FE and BE events to document triggers, event parameters, user properties, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in implementation, auditing, and managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 across complex web, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, digital marketing, and data privacy
- Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing, maintaining and debugging marketing campaigns in a B2C context.

We're on the hunt for a new Senior Platform Engineer for one of our Technology R&D teams to support the development effort of the Integrated Developer Platform (IDP), automating release processes and building tools to help SignantHealth developers. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will help us extend and scale Signant’s engineering infrastructure. You will build an internal development platform that brings joy to your end users - developers like you - and you are passionate about multiplying engineering force through automation, orchestration, documentation, and productivity tools.
Job functions
As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be:
- Work with technical leadership to influence product feature direction, including but not limited to prototyping innovative ideas.
- Help the team estimate software deliverables across multiple sprints.
- Design and implement tools that help engineering teams focus on shipping features, while making -sure we build infrastructure that is cost-efficient, secure and reliable.
- Build end-to-end features and tools for developers, using various languages in our tech stack such as Python, Node, Go.
- Design and build technical integrations between cloud services and popular developer tools like ArgoCD, OpenTelemetry, Terraform, and Bitbucket.
- Coach and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical major.
- Comparable experience will be considered.
- 5+ years functioning as Software Engineer.
- You have a passion for reducing toil for yourself and your colleagues, and love solving problems with automation (e.g. with Python, Node, Bash, etc.).
- Experience with building systems with a service-oriented architecture, event driven architecture.
- Understanding of software monitoring and metrics strategies using tools like CloudWatch, Honeycomb, Splunk.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like CircleCI, TravisCI, AWS CodeBuild, GitLab CICD, Bitbucket Cloud.
- Experience with IaC tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, Pulumi, CDK.
- Experience with container tool chain - Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, EKS, ArgoCD.
- Experience with serverless/stateless technologies / AWS services like Fargate, ECS, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, DynamoDB.
- Project / code portfolio a plus.
