About Us

Our process is proven, demand is high, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify leads, generate new opportunities, and keep our sales pipeline full.

Responsibilities

  • Speed-to-Lead: Call and qualify new inbound leads within 5 minutes of booking.
  • Pre-Call Confirmations: Reach out to prospects 1 hour before scheduled calls to confirm attendance.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Generate new opportunities via cold email, LinkedIn, and social outreach.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and update all activity inside GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Follow-Up: Nurture no-shows, reschedules, and cold leads back into the pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with closers to hand off fully qualified prospects.
  • Reporting: Provide daily KPI updates (calls, convos, meetings booked, show-up %).

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an SDR, Appointment Setter, or in high-ticket B2B sales ($5K–$20K offers preferred).
  • Fluent, professional English communication skills (spoken + written).
  • EST timezone availability with reliable internet and quiet work environment.
  • Comfortable working inside CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and discipline to follow structured outreach cadences.
  • Coachable, hungry, and able to hit daily/weekly KPI targets.

Compensation

  • Trial Week: Paid per qualified show-up / meeting booked.
  • Ongoing: Base salary + show-up bonuses + commission on closed deals.
