We are looking for a freelance IT Engineer (Dispatch role) to support our clients in Papenburg, Germany - Almere, Netherlands / Amsterdam - Monfalcone, Gorizia Italy. Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support to clients (hardware, networking, troubleshooting).
  • Perform installations, replacements, and basic configurations.
  • Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents.
  • Ensure proper reporting and documentation of each visit.
  • L1, L2, L3 Tasks

Requerimientos del cargo

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer / Field Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, and peripheral devices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks on-site.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Must be based in Papenburg, Germany - Almere, Netherlands / Amsterdam - Monfalcone, Gorizia Italy or available to travel locally.

Condiciones

Compensation

  • EUR 300 per visit (freelance/contract basis).
  • Payments are processed on a monthly basis.
