Key Responsibilities

As a Campaign Manager at Viral App Launch, you will serve as the primary day-to-day account owner for approximately five client accounts after training, acting as the central point to drive campaign success and client satisfaction. Your role spans multiple facets, including client onboarding, campaign management, reporting, strategic coordination, and team collaboration.
  • Client Onboarding & Setup: Conduct kickoff calls, review onboarding documentation, gather assets through intake forms, and coordinate internally to develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Campaign & Account Management: Manage communications across platforms like Slack, ClickUp, and email while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure projects and deliverables stay on schedule, addressing client needs promptly and aligning campaign execution with business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign results using Meta Ads Manager and other tools. Prepare biweekly performance updates with strategic insights, detect risks early, and highlight opportunities for optimization.
  • Strategy & Client Success: Participate in strategy sessions, translate insights into actionable plans, support upsell and service expansion discussions, and maintain responsibility for client satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Team Collaboration & Delivery: Support project brief creation, coordinate closely with media buyers, creative teams, and analytics specialists to meet targets, monitor overall progress, resolve blockers, and ensure accountability.
This role requires high ownership, the ability to see both the big picture and granular details, and a passion for driving client success in a collaborative team environment.

About You

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Campaign Manager with a passion for digital marketing and client success, particularly within fast-moving startup environments. Candidates should have a strong background in account management or client success, preferably with agency or consulting experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in account management or client success roles, with at least 1 year working in digital marketing. Experience with mobile apps is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager or similar advertising platforms is essential, along with a solid understanding of performance metrics and campaign analytics.
  • Communication: Fluency in English at a native or business level (C2), with excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Personal Traits: Highly organized and proactive with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
