Work Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday 12pm - 8pm CST
• Friday 10am - 5pm CST
• Weekends as needed

Compensation plan

• Base salary
• Ability to earn a monthly bonus based on performance

Class Scheduling & Coordination:

• Manage and maintain group fitness class schedules across multiple properties.
• Add, update, and modify classes as needed to meet property demands.
• Oversee the class sub sheet to ensure full coverage at all times.
• Communicate all schedule changes promptly to instructors and property managers.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Hire and onboard new group fitness instructors.
• Create and manage job postings on Indeed and other platforms.
• Conduct interviews and extend offers to qualified candidates.
• Manage instructor agreements and onboarding documentation.

Instructor & Client Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for instructors and property managers.
• Handle scheduling conflicts, instructor concerns, and last-minute cancellations.
• Respond promptly to messages and emails through Salesmsg and other communication tools.
• Collect, review, and verify instructor attendance reports weekly.

Operational & Departmental Organization

• Manage data and workflows in Airtable for all class, instructor, and property tracking.
• Maintain accurate instructor availability and performance records.
• Ensure compliance with all Elevated Living policies and procedures.

Quality Control & Client Experience

• Monitor class participation, attendance, and resident feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve class quality and engagement.
• Support the implementation of strategies that enhance the resident fitness experience.
