Project scope: You will join a dynamic team supporting technically rigorous industrial data projects that drive innovation. The role focuses on delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for our enterprise clients, with opportunities for leadership development and career progression within a globally distributed, fully remote environment.

Experience & Skills: 3+ years as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC). Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, sharing rules, and best practices. Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP) and data management tasks.

Capabilities:Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong collaboration skills, and the capacity to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced remote environment. Familiarity with CI/CD and release management is a plus, as is experience with data migration and cleansing. Salesforce certifications are desirable.
