Project/Department: This position sits within the Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department. You will contribute to the end-to-end billing lifecycle, support denial management initiatives, and help scale our outsourced medical billing services for multiple healthcare clients across diverse specialties.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist with proven experience in medical billing and exposure to RCM and A/R processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in claim denial management, collections, and working within virtual office tools and EHR systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English, are essential, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and a patient-centric approach to handling sensitive information under HIPAA regulations.

Key competencies include: clinical workflow understanding, accurate data entry, billing software proficiency, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote, time-zone-aware environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional certifications or training in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CPT/HCPCS) viewed favorably. Willingness to operate within US time zones (PST, EST, CST) to align with client schedules.
