Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies in partnership with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns ( social media, email, blogs, etc.).
- Manage social media platforms, engage followers, and monitor performance metrics.
- Create and schedule content for blog posts, emails, and social media; assist in creating marketing materials (brochures, presentations, advertisements).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing activities; provide insights to optimize campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
Requirements & Experience
We seek professionals living in LATAM or the Caribbean with strong English proficiency and at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. Ideal candidates are remote-work oriented, value work-life balance, and demonstrate stability, commitment, and a desire for career growth.
- At least 1 year of previous work experience working with digital marketing tasks
- Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail
- Advanced written and spoken English skills (including top grammar skills) - Scores C1&C2
- Appropriate work-from-home environment
- FT availability (40 hours a week)
- Technical Requirements
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
- RAM: 16 GB minimum
- 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
- USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
Desirable
- Although not required, we also prefer candidates who have:
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience working from home

Benefits
Compensation & Growth: Our pay structure rewards commitment and tenure, with annual adjustments and growth as you gain experience. 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month; after 3 months: $1,250/month (with a $50 Wellness Bonus); after 1 year: $1,340/month; after 2 years: $1,480/month; after 3 years: $1,540/month; after 4 years: $1,600/month; plus annual raises and company-wide adjustments.
Work-Life Balance: 100% remote work from home; 18 paid vacation days plus US federal holidays; paid maternity/paternity leave (up to 2 months with 50% salary after 1 year).
